Shopper Marketing

What you'll be doing?

  • Plan and execute marketing activities and programs for assigned brand to achieve sales target

  • Work closely with the team in brand building for existing & new product to ensure well execution of annual marketing plan

  • Conduct market research, analyze market trend & competitor activities for management review and strategies development

  • Conduct promotion effectiveness evaluation and responsive adjustment with goal of ROI maximization

  • Responsive demand forecasting, budget management & control

  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Who are we looking for?

  • Degree holder in Marketing, or business related discipline

  • At least 2 years’ experience in marketing, preferably from FMCG industry

  • Good at communication, presentation & project management with strong business & numerical sense

  • Analytical, outgoing, enthusiastic & passionate

  • Willing to work under pressure & face new challenges

  • Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Achieves sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or within assigned territory. Position intended for individuals who have basic sales experience and have demonstrated ability to apply basic selling skills. Manages sales territory with regular supervision. When necessary, requests or receives assistance in handling situations which require either greater or different experience or knowledge.
