Internship
Key Responsibilities:
General warehouse and logistics operations / 一般倉務及物流工作
Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations / 操作倉存管理系統
Handle aviation and logistics related documents / 處理航空及物流相關文件
Communicate with internal parties and customers / 與內部團隊和客戶進行溝通
Requirements:
F.6 or above / 中六或以上程度
Diligent and willing to accept instructions from superiors / 勤奮及願意接受上司指令
Knowledge of maritime or air logistics training course / 具備海運或航空物流培訓課程相關知識
Can read Chinese and English / 能閱讀中文及英文
Can communicate with Cantonese and simple English / 能以廣東話及簡單英話溝通
Account Clerk
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily accounting operations
Handle A/R, A/P, daily accounting data entry, and maintain proper filing and bookkeeping
Perform clerical duties such as scanning and filing
Attend to ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required
Requirements:
Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI equivalent or above
3-years relevant accounting experience
Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and accounting system
Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese
Mature, responsible, detail-minded, can meet tight deadlines, and able to work independently
Warehouse Assistant II
Key Responsibilities:
Daily warehouse operation / 日常倉務工作
Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) / 操作倉庫管理系統
Handle the forklift / 操作剷車
Requirements:
F. 3 or above / 中三或以上程度
With 2-3 years warehouse experience / 2-3 年倉務經驗
(3PL experience preferable) / (有3PL工作經驗優先)Can read simple English / 能閱讀簡單英文
Hold the license of forklift, preferable / 有剷車操作牌照優先
Logistics Officer
Key Responsibilities:
To build up cost modeling for potential accounts
To review & evaluate existing business & provide recommendation for improvement
To help implementation of new accounts
To supervise co-ordinates to ensure all working process are under Company’s SOP
To provide performance reports as according to Managers' requirement
Reporting to Operations Manager
Requirements:
Degree holder preferably in Industrial Engineering or Logistics
2-5 years working experience preferably in Logistics industry
Well verse in modeling & statistics
Good computer knowledge
Good team player, good analytical skills, self-motivated & able to work under-pressure
Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese, preferably in Putonghua as well
Logistics Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Work according to Company’s SOP
In-house system daily process
Prepare reports according to Operations Manager’s requirement
Electronic Declaration: Tradelink
Requirements:
Form 7 or above
2 years working experience
Computer knowledge, e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word
Imp/Exp Customs Declaration experience is preferable
Hard working & willing to work overtime
Basic communication skill with foreign customers
Operations Clerk
Key Responsibilities:
Working according to Company’s SOP
In-house system daily process
Prepare reports according to Operations Manager’s requirement

Form 5 or above
With 1-2 years working experience

Warehouse Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:
Daily warehouse operation
Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Forklift handling
Requirements:
F.5 or above
With 4-5 years warehouse experience
With working experience in 3PL and driving forklift is preferable
Can read simple English
Warehouse Supervisor / Assistant Warehouse Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and controlling all day-to-day warehousing activities (e.g. dispatching, receiving, sorting, distribution, and inventory control)
Maintain accurate daily stock in/out records
Internal and external coordination and staff management
Handle clients queries
Training up team members
Requirements:
Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or related discipline
Minimum 3 years solid supervisory experience in Logistics or Warehousing industry
Familiar with Warehousing Management System
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Customer-oriented, independent, and multi-tasking
Good communication and time management skill
A candidate with more experience will be considered as Supervisor
IT Engineer / Programmer
Key Responsibilities:
Support IT daily Operations and helpdesk support
Assist with new and ongoing technology project initiatives
Acquiring all-around IT knowledge in Programming, Networking Infrastructures, Security, and Project Management
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology or related disciplines
Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in a challenging environment
Fast learner, good team player, autonomous and reliable
Fresh graduates will be considered
