Senior / Customer Service Officer

Promote and cross-sell retail banking products through proactive business solicitation and relationship building with customers
Provide quality and value-added services to the customers
Assist in daily branch operations and perform annual review on loan accounts
Maintain awareness of operational risks and adhere to relevant policies and guidelines
Secondary education or above with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Qualification of HKSI, IIQE and MPF preferred
Candidates with less experience are also welcomed
With Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) qualification is preferable

Senior Officer – MPF & Insurance Support

Handle staff and customer inquiries on MPF and Insurance products
Manage routine administration tasks and prepare periodic management and financial reports for departments
Participate in promotional activities and support projects
Assist in coordinating product launches and preparing sales targets reports
Secondary education with minimum 2 years of experience in banking, insurance, or MPF
Strong communication skills, with good telephone manner
Proficient in Excel (particularly in applying formula and perform data analysis) and Word
Possess the qualifications of IIQE (Paper 1,2,3)
Qualified to register for MPF intermediary is a plus

Summer Internship - Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)

Responsibilities:

To conduct research and prepare write-ups for the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives in the banking industry
To propose appropriate environmental and social impact initiatives for the Group
To assist in the implementation of environmental and social impact initiatives
To work closely with Non-governmental Organisations (NGOs) and Public Bank Group volunteer team to launch CSR activities
To handle documentations for the department and conduct data analysis reports

Requirements:

Although proficiency in written Chinese and fluency in Cantonese are preferred, non-Chinese speaking students are also welcomed
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of multimedia editing software and social media platforms is a plus
Students in their first or second year of study will not be considered
Students in Year 3 or above will be preferred
Good computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Officer Trainee – Compliance

Undergo a comprehensive on-the-job training which covering daily function of Compliance Department of the Bank
Fresh university graduates with bachelor’s degrees or above preferably in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Banking & Finance or related disciplines
Self-discipline, proactive and good time management
Team player with good interpersonal and communications skill
Good analytical and logical thinking
Passionate in developing career in the banking industry
Well written and spoken English and Mandarin proficiency
Good knowledge in MS Office applications, especially Excel application will be an advantage
