Remittance Officer (Ref: RO-RO)

  • Check and verify SWIFT/SWIFTNet messages, ITT and OTT transaction to ensure the accuracy of all relevant transactions

  • Report funding to Treasury in a timely manner from time to time

  • Advise receipt of remittance to and obtain disposal instruction from branch/Account Officer

  • Trace problematic payment orders and follow-up outstanding & irregular transactions.

  • Knowledge in perform AML screening on incoming and outgoing swift payments

  • Secondary education or above with 3 year relevant working experience.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skill in both English and Chinese

  • Proficient in PC applications, including MS Excel, typewriting

  • Candidate with less experience would be considered as Remittance Clerk

Dealing Officer (Ref: RO-DO)

  • Familiar with securities dealing operations

  • Require to participate in business / operational projects

  • Degree holder with minimum 2 years’ experience in RA1

  • Exposure on account documentation, operational procedures and regulatory compliance would be an added advantage

  • Proficient in computer skills

  • Good spoken and written English

Credit Administration Officer (Ref: RO-CAO)

  • Prepare and review loan documents to ensure the approved credit facilities are strictly complying with the credit rules and regulations issued by HKMA and authorities

  • Liaise with solicitor / marketing units to ensure proper and efficient operations of credit administration work

  • Secondary education with minimum 2 years of credit administration experience

  • Candidate with conveyancing experience in legal firm will also be considered

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese

  • Hands-on experience in MS Office applications

Marketing Sales Manager (Ref: RO-MSM)

  • Develop institutional client base including fund houses, family offices, corporate and other institutional investors

  • Promote financial products and services of the bank through proactive business solicitation and achieve assigned target

  • Maintain close relationship with institutional clients

  • Work with management team to establish business plan of various institutional business

  • Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years of institutional sales experience

  • Strong sales and communication skills

  • Highly self-motivated and a team play, able to work under pressure

  • With HKSI Licensing Examination Paper 1, 7 & 8 or existing holder of HKMA for Regulated Activity Type 1

Officer – Branch Administration (Ref: RO-OBA)

  • Provide general administrative support and perform a variety of clerical duties

  • Prepare regular reports for senior management

  • Conduct loans application checking for Branches

  • Provide support to ad hoc projects when required

  • Tertiary education level with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banking industry

  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese

  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills

  • Able to work independently and under pressure

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
