Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal clients to provide HR services and advice on various HR functions.

  • Oversee Casual Labor Management, including weekly payroll operations, MPF administration, annual tax filing, maintenance of related systems, agency performance evaluation and manpower planning.

  • Manage casual labor agencies/leaders to coordinate the daily operations of casual labor, including scheduling, wage management, performance reviews, and fulfilling any ad-hoc manpower requests based on event needs.

  • Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process up to the manager level, collaborating closely with hiring managers from identifying competent requirements to extending offers and ensuring new hires integrate effectively.

  • Regularly compile and maintain HR data analysis reports.

  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or relevant disciplines.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR gained from sizeable companies, preferably listed companies, with at least 3 years at a managerial or supervisory role.

  • Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, well-organized, fast paced, and flexible at work.

  • A team player with a proactive, detailed and result-oriented mindset, a fast learner, able to work independently, with solid skills in talent recruitment and development.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.

  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors system is preferred.

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus.
