Head of Administration
Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Director, Human Resources and Administration Division, the appointee will oversee and manage the operational teams of Office Administration, Procurement, Staff Canteen, and Store & Transportation.
Develop, implement, and review policies and procedures to ensure efficient resource management that supports the Company’s goals and objectives effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration / Operations & Logistics Management / Procurement Management or related discipline;
Hands-on experience in reviewing business contracts or service agreements, as well as store and transportation management, is preferred;
Minimum of 8 years of management experience in sizable organization, with solid experience in transportation or related industry being an added advantage;
Possess strong business acumen, leadership, and operational management skills;
Organized and detailed-oriented, with the ability to manage multi-tasks effectively within tight deadlines;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
