Guest Relations Officer (Showroom) - MINI HK

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and provide quality services

  • Handle customer enquiry in a professional manner

  • Enhance customer interaction and empower customer treatment

  • Provide general administrative support

  • Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

  • Immediate available / Short notice is highly preferred

Job Requirements:

  • HKDSE level or above

  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage

  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing

  • Customer oriented, cheerful and outgoing personality

  • 5-Day Work Week (Shift Duty on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays)

  • Working Hours: 9:00am to 7:00pm

  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed

Work Location: 

  • Tsuen Wan and Wan Chai (Shift location)
