Guest Relations Officer (Showroom) - MINI HK
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide quality services
Handle customer enquiry in a professional manner
Enhance customer interaction and empower customer treatment
Provide general administrative support
Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Immediate available / Short notice is highly preferred
Job Requirements:
HKDSE level or above
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
Customer oriented, cheerful and outgoing personality
5-Day Work Week (Shift Duty on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays)
Working Hours: 9:00am to 7:00pm
Fresh graduates are also welcomed
Work Location:
Tsuen Wan and Wan Chai (Shift location)
