Lifeguard (Full time/ Part time)

Job Specifications:

  • Providing quality service to members and guest in our Swimming Pool

  • Maintain life saving procedures

  • Knowledge of proper chemical handling

  • Monitor the cleanliness and sanitation regulations of swimming pools

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 Standard or equivalent life saving training

  • Holder of valid Pool Lifeguard Award

  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience

  • Pleasant, cheerful with good customer service skills

  • Good command of spoken English

  • Immediately available preferred

Security Officer

Job Description:

  • To identify Club members to enter the club premises

  • To perform patrols and ensure that security and order are being maintained in the Club premises

  • Assist and perform other assigned tasks 

Job Requirement:

  • Form 5 graduate or equivalent qualification

  • Possess valid security personnel permit

  • Preferably with experience in hospitality industry

  • Willing to perform shift duty, including overnight shift

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Team player with positive attitude

Assistant Catering Sales Manager

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle and organize day-to-day sales activities

  • Develop and explore new business and build up an extensive network

  • Follows through major banquet functions as well as catering arrangement of sports tournaments 

  • Prepare quotations and proposals for clients, negotiating event logistics directly with them

  • Works closely with various departments to always ensure smooth operation of function and the delivery of quality service

  • Follow up feedback of post function questionnaires and follow through with necessary actions

  • Optimize function space utilization to enhance revenue potential

  • Maintain positive relationship with event organizers and to drive business opportunities and referrals

  • Provide day-to-day support to the catering sales team

  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in hospitality/catering or related disciplines is preferred

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ solid experience in Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry in a similar position

  • Customer-oriented with a good telephone manner

  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese

  • Knowledge of Banquet sales software “Delphi" is an advantage

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Special skills: Delphi, Opera S&C

  • Self-motivated with pleasant personality, able to work independently and meticulous

Catering Sales Coordinator

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Catering Sales Team

  • Work closely with internal departments to meet customers’ satisfaction

  • Handling all incoming calls and correspondence enquires in regard to banquet matters

  • Manage internal sections bookings and maintain filing systems

  • Handle pre- and post-event administrative tasks, including but not limited to preparation of event agreement, event orders and floor plans

  • Execute ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in hospitality/catering or related disciplines is preferred

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ solid experience in Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry in a same position

  • Proficient in software applications, including Word, Excel, and database management

  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese

  • Knowledge of Delphi System is an advantage

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Hardworking, responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn and independent
