Senior Sales Officer / Sales Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies based on market data

• Conduct comprehensive property market research and data analysis

• Prepare detailed sales reports, presentations, and documentation supported by relevant data and insights

• Collaborate with relevant parties to assist in daily operations in relation to sales activities

• Liaise with business associate such as property agents, solicitors, and advertising agencies to strive for successful sales launch

• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business performance

• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related discipline

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in property sales or market research within leading property developers in Hong Kong

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formula creation, pivot tables, and report automation

• Ability to generate insightful reports backed by accurate data interpretation

• Good knowledge of property market dynamics and related ordinances is an advantage

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and numerical sensitivity

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
