Captain / Waiter / Waitress
Responsibilities:
Assist in restaurant daily operations and supervise the team
Perform duties of Restaurant in-charge in the absence of Restaurant Manager
Provide attentive and efficient service to meet members’ satisfaction
Serve and deal with members in a professional and courteous manner
Set up the restaurant to ensure products and condiments are ready
Maintain restaurant hygiene and cleanliness throughout the day
Requirements:
Secondary education or Diploma in food & beverage or related discipline
(For Captain) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in club or hotel industry
(For Waiter / Waitress) Fresh graduates are welcome
A good team player with strong leadership to motivate, train and supervise subordinates
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
