Captain / Waiter / Waitress

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in restaurant daily operations and supervise the team

  • Perform duties of Restaurant in-charge in the absence of Restaurant Manager

  • Provide attentive and efficient service to meet members’ satisfaction

  • Serve and deal with members in a professional and courteous manner

  • Set up the restaurant to ensure products and condiments are ready

  • Maintain restaurant hygiene and cleanliness throughout the day

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or Diploma in food & beverage or related discipline

  • (For Captain) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in club or hotel industry

  • (For Waiter / Waitress) Fresh graduates are welcome

  • A good team player with strong leadership to motivate, train and supervise subordinates

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese

  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

Demi Chef de Partie

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining high standards of day-to-day operations in kitchen

  • Assist in food production for both Chinese & Western cuisine

  • Maintain high standard of hygiene and safety and the cleanliness of workstation & equipment

  • Play an active role in fulfilling the supervisory responsibilities for occupational health and safety

Requirements:

  • Certificate or equivalent vocational training in Food & Beverage Catering is highly preferred

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in food and beverage kitchen operations preferably in hotel or hospitality industry

  • Well-mannered, well-versed in kitchen hygiene and customer service oriented

  • Good team player with strong communication

  • Good command in spoken English and Cantonese

  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

  • Immediate availability will be advantageous

Chef de Partie

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining high standard of daily operations in kitchen

  • Responsible for production of western cuisine

  • Ensure the food quality is up to members’ satisfaction as well as the Club’s standard

  • Accommodate special requests and deliver up to members’ expectation

  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety in kitchen

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in western cuisine

  • Creative menu planning, standard recipe production, basic costing and cost control principles

  • Experience in banqueting, mass production and advance preparation

  • Able to work with a multi-national team and assist or cooperate with others

  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily Housekeeping operations, assigning work tasks to subordinates, and supervising Shift Leaders, General Helpers, and Linen Room Attendants.

  • Conduct daily inspections of job-related areas to ensure cleanliness and services meet Club standards, and promptly report any defects to the Engineering Department.

  • Provide on-the-job training, ensure staff are well-presented, and maintain effective communication with internal departments and external suppliers.

  • Control the inventory of member supplies and cleaning detergents, oversee special cleaning programs, and coordinate scheduled pest control services.

  • Play an active role in occupational health and safety, ensuring team compliance with risk prevention measures, safety ordinances, and related Club rules.

Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Housekeeping Operations, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in housekeeping operations, with previous supervisory experience highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and occupational safety practices.

  • Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese.

  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
