Senior Server/Server (資深侍應/侍應 - 咖啡室)

Responsibilities include:

Handle restaurant reservations and enquires.
Greet guests upon their arrival in a professional manner.
Assist in restaurant duties as assigned by superiors to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations.
Provide quality service to guests and surpass their expectations
Ensure smooth operations of work section assigned
Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant, tableware and silverware are properly placed and setup

Requirements:

At least 1 year relevant experience in hospitality industry.
Good telephone manner and communication skills.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Hands on experience in Microsoft Office is a must.

Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

Oversee daily housekeeping activities across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and maintenance meet brand standards.
Guide, motivate, and support housekeeping associates in delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and corridors to ensure they are clean, neat, and well-maintained.
Ensure all housekeeping practices align with Marriott brand requirements and guest expectations.
Monitor linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies; ensure proper stock levels and cost control.
Enforce hygiene, safety, and security standards in all housekeeping operations.
Work closely with Front Office, Engineering, and other teams to resolve guest requests and operational issues.

Requirements

Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua an advantage)
Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset
Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable
Flexible and adaptable to operational needs

Responsibilities include:

Ensure the check-in procedures and services are up to standard
Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements.
Secure payment prior to issuing room key, verify/adjust billing.
Compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists.
Complete cashier and closing reports.
Accommodate guest requests, contacting appropriate staff if necessary. Follow up to ensure requests have been met.

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant studies
Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Fresh graduates are welcome
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Front Office Agent

Housekeeping Clerk

Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel located at Hong Kong International Airport is currently hiring a Housekeeping Clerk.

Job Description:

Pass on messages and inquiries between floor staff and other departments
Issue keys only to authorized persons and keep control with a key record book
Hand in the attendance record to the Housekeeping Manager daily for follow-up if
necessary.
Compile the monthly report for all Housekeeping concerns to the Accounts

Requirements:

Form 5 or above
Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Previous hotel related working experience is preferable
