Logistic Coordinator (Concrete)

Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Managers in managing mixer truck fleet (both in-house and external parties) in the capacity of concrete transportation;

  • Support Mangers to maintain or develop business relationships with customers / business partners / service providers;

  • Work together with internal team members to perform duties as directed by Managers, such as preparation of delivery report, checking of invoices from service providers, arrangement of truck inspections and maintenance;

  • Manage resources to ensure sufficient mixer trucks are available to meet customers’ delivery requirements;

  • Assist Managers in preparation of various reports relating to concrete deliveries and carry out associated analysis;

  • Handle customers’ complaints by taking appropriate action.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Logistic or related disciplines;

  • Experience in the leading concrete or construction companies preferred;

  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with team spirit and able to work under pressure;

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills;

  • Immediate available is highly preferred;

Senior Accounting Officer

Responsibilities: 

Financial Instruments Management

  • Manages performance bonds, letters of credit, and currency hedging by overseeing documentation, tracking activities, and ensuring compliance.

Loan Facilities Administration

  • Keeps accurate records, tracks loan conditions, and communicates with stakeholders regarding facility usage and regulatory requirements.

Bank Account Operations and Compliance

  • Administers both new and existing bank accounts and responds to compliance questions from banking partners.

Cash Management

  • Coordinates electronic transactions and deposit placements, guaranteeing accuracy and optimal liquidity throughout the process.

Treasury Reporting

  • Generates timely reports on cash positions, debt, foreign exchange, and mark-to-market valuations to inform management decisions.

Accounting for Treasury Transactions

  • Accurately documents treasury activities in financial statements for transparency and adherence to compliance standards.

Requirements: 

  • Associate degree or above holder in relevant disciplines;

  • At least 3 years’ experience in corporate treasury or commercial banking;

  • Experience handling performance bonds, letters of credit, and currency hedging is highly desirable;

  • Able to work independently and consistently meet deadlines;

  • Strong communicator with internal teams and external stakeholders;

  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and open to change;

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and monitor project budgets and costing;

  • Evaluate variations and manage change control processes;

  • Negotiate and administer contracts with clients and subcontractors;

  • Conduct cost analysis, budgeting control, measurement and collation of records at our construction sites.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction preferably with MRICS or HKIS professional qualification;

  • At least 12 years' relevant experience with experience working in contractors;

  • Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite;

  • Ability to present and justify recommendations with clarity and confidence;

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Candidate with less experience will consider as Senior Project Quantity Surveyor/ Project Quantity Surveyor.

Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and monitor project budgets and costing;

  • Measure and value sub-contracts and assist in agreement of sub-contract interim / final accounts;

  • Review documentations and identify value variations, subcontract payments and preparation of sub-contract liabilities;

  • Conduct cost analysis, budgeting control, measurement and collation of records at our construction sites.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction preferably with MRICS or HKIS professional qualification;

  • At least 4 years’ relevant experience with experience working in contractors;

  • Good commercial and contractual acumen;

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills;

  • Good command of written and spoken English is essential;

Flying Factory Manager - On-Site Logistics & Processing

The Flying Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing the production of station module assembly, on-site logistic hubs and processing stations that handle structure steel, precast concrete, architectural builders’ works and finishes (ABWF), and electrical & mechanical (E&M) components. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality handling, staging, and pre-installation of materials to support fast-track construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Material Handling

  • Supervise unloading, staging, and temporary processing of structural steel and precast elements;

  • Oversee ABWF materials (tiles, panels, cladding, etc.) to ensure proper storage and protection;

  • Manage E&M components including prefabricated mechanical/electrical modules, ensuring compliance with safety and installation standards;

  • Coordinate lifting and rigging operations with crane teams;

  • Conduct quality checks before materials are released for installation.

Logistics & Coordination

  • Establish and manage logistics hubs/stations for temporary processing;

  • Develop material flow plans to minimize double-handling and optimize crane/hoist usage;

  • Implement inventory tracking systems for materials at each hub;

  • Align deliveries with site installation schedules to avoid congestion.

Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce site-specific safety protocols for heavy lifting, welding, and electrical works;

  • Conduct risk assessments for temporary processing stations;

  • Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and environmental standards.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead teams of logistics coordinators, foremen, and skilled trades;

  • Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve bottlenecks;

  • Report daily progress and issues to senior construction management.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track productivity metrics (e.g., turnaround time for steel cutting, staging efficiency);

  • Maintain records of material usage, wastage, and rework;

  • Provide weekly dashboards on logistics hub performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field;

  • Minimum 9-12 years of experience in construction logistics, precast/steel handling, or factory operations;

  • Strong knowledge of E&M systems, ABWF materials, and precast installation processes;

  • Familiarity with lean construction, modular assembly, and just-in-time delivery;

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
