The organization which presents the annual Hong Kong Schools Music Festival and Hong Kong Schools Speech Festival invites application for the post of：

Festival Assistant

Monthly Salary:  HK$14,280.00

Period of Employment: Late August 2025 to April 2026

Duties:

• To assist in the general administration and logistics works related to the Hong Kong Schools Speech Festival and Hong Kong Schools Music Festival

• To handle telephone enquiries and provide front desk service

• To work at different adjudication centres

• To provide support during the Festival

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent

• Good knowledge of MS Office and Chinese word processing

• Good interpersonal skills in handling enquiries

• Able to communicate in English, Cantonese and Putonghua

• Occasional evening and Saturday shifts are required
