Concierge

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Visitors: Warmly welcome guests, clients, and couriers as they arrive at AP House.

  • Directional Assistance: Provide clear directions and information to ensure visitors navigate the house and office areas easily.

  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and direct them to the appropriate staff members.

  • Handling Inquiries: Answer general inquiries about the boutique, including appointment booking and product & service availability, then pass them on to corresponding colleagues.

  • Managing Deliveries: Coordinate with couriers and delivery personnel, ensuring timely and accurate handling of packages.

  • Operation & Administration: Provide administrative support to all operations of AP House and provide operational and onsite support for brand events  

  • Maintaining Professionalism: Uphold the boutique's luxury brand image through a polished appearance and professional demeanor.

Work Environment:

  • The Concierge will be stationed at the reception, interacting directly with visitors.

Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.

  • A passion for luxury watches and a basic understanding of high-end timepieces is a plus.

  • Fluent in Chinese and English
