Cargo Officer (Full Time)

Work location: (Town office) Quarry Bay Taikoo Place / (Airport Office) Chek Lap Kok Super Terminal 1
Working days: 5 days work a week (Shift Duty is applicable for airport office)
Key Responsibilities:
(Town office)
Handle import / export cargo documents, cargo capacity management, data entry and handle cargo agents' enquiries.
(Airport Office)
Deals with matters connected with airfreight, such as airways bills or consignment notes, import / export declaration, manifests and distribution of load on the plane. Computer data entry...etc.
Assists the forwarder agents and clients in the handling of delivery matters, arranging follow-up procedures and enquiries.
Performing driving duty on the apron.
Requirements:
The permanent Hong Kong resident status
HKDSE with five subjects including Chinese, English and related majors in level 2(or above) or HKCEE with passes including Chinese and English(syllabus B) in level 2(Grade E, or above)
Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Basic computer skills required.
Possession of valid Hong Kong driving license will be an advantage.
Call Centre Agent (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, all enquiry, issue ticket and reports
Requirements:
The permanent Hong Kong resident status
HKDSE with five subjects including Chinese, English and related majors in level 2(or above) or HKCEE with passes including Chinese and English(syllabus B) in level 2(Grade E, or above)
Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Good communication skills, work initiative, ability to solve problems.
Graduated from Tourism or any experience in airline or travel industry, and experience with GDS systems (Amadeus) will be an advantage.
