The Role

Associate, Fund Product Manager, Equity Sales & Derivatives

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform daily advisory and dealing functions on investment fund products in a timely and accurate manner;

  • Provide order execution support for sales team, and collaboration with different stakeholders internal and externally;

  • Perform routine product due diligence and product risk assessment according to regulatory standards and internal guideline;

  • Assis to provide market briefing, product advisory and training on fund products;

  • Handle the daily operational processes and periodic reporting for the dealing team;

  • Assist on any process reengineering / system enhancement projects and ad hoc problem solving requests on the product life cycle.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in dealing or related work experience, proven experience on fund products are preferred; candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;

  • Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent;

  • Good understanding of fund products; sensible on market trends and economic outlook;

  • Proficient in Bloomberg, Excel;

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferred;

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to fund products.
