Hong Kong Cancer Fund, established in 1987, is the largest cancer support organisation, providing FREE information and ground breaking psychosocial support to anyone living with or affected by cancer through our network of cancer support centres.  To cope with the increasing unmet needs of cancer patients and care-givers, we are expanding our service and would like to invite dedicated professional to join our dynamic team.  Let’s put care into action so no one faces cancer alone.”

 

Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, gather the required information to provide clients with the resources and assistance needed;

  • Assist to develop work plan, implement organisation policies and practices;

  • Develop supportive relationships with self-help groups and with other local community partners;     

  • Plan, coordinate, evaluate programmes and activities for cancer patients and care-givers;

  • Prepare presentations and timely reports;   

  • Provide service administration support;

  • Provide support for appeals, campaigns, events, outdoor activities and other community service;

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned, and

  • Shift duties are required.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines;

  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience;

  • A mature team player good at multi-tasking, able to meet deadlines;

  • Strong communication and coordination skills;

  • Experience in social service or NGO is an advantage;

  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage, and

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and Chinese word processing is a must.

Analyst Programmer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and support application systems;

  • Work with developers to drive code quality, knowledge sharing, and development;

  • Assist to prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and

  • Take up ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline;

  • Minimum 2 years working experience on .Net or .Net core platform;

  • Familiar with C#, ASP.NET/ ASP.NET Core, MS SQL Server is preferred;

  • Knowledge in Object-oriented technology;

  • Knowledge in Azure, Container/Kubernetes is preferred;

  • Knowledge in WordPress is preferred;

  • Eager to learn, good team player and committed, and

  • Good command of both English and Chinese.

** Applicant with less experience will be considered as Programmer.
