Administration Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to provide full range of administrative duties including insurance, procurement, telephone systems, security control, property maintenance, renovation & relocation, liaise with vendors & service providers on leasing terms & condition and etc;

  • Develop and review administration procedures and policies;

  • Ensure the office and service centres operate smoothly in terms of administrative support and liaise with other internal business partners, and

  • Assist to prepare administration budget.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline;

  • At least 8 years relevant experience in office administration;

  • Independent and dynamic team player;

  • Resourceful, detail oriented and strong analytical skills are essential, and

  • Good command of spoken and written English and interpersonal skills.
