Learning & Development Officer

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Learning and Development, the incumbent is responsible for the design and delivery of training programs tailored to various employee levels within the hotel group. Additional responsibilities include the coordination of training initiatives and projects, as well as the management of administrative tasks such as compiling training records, reports and statistics. He/She is also required to work with Human Resources teams to support people development initiatives to facilitate a cohesive approach to employee growth and skill enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Human Resources or related disciplines

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the Hospitality Industry

  • Passionate in people development

  • Presentable, confident and able to build rapport with stakeholders

  • Strong administrative skills, detail-minded and able to work independently

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
