Finance Business Partner (Commercial)
Role Purpose
Financial Partnership: Collaborate with Chief Commercial Officer to enhance financial awareness among teams, ensuring informed strategic decision-making.
Performance Review: Partner with Commercial teams to set up and coordinate the Business Performance Review and associated KPIs. Facilitate the Business Units to complete the senior leadership business review meetings.
Business Investment Support: Assist in developing business cases for project investments, including IRR/NPV analysis and evaluating financial implications and project risks.
Financial Reporting: Ensure preparation of accurate financial data with compliance to accounting principles, group policies, and statutory requirements. Ensure timely and accurate accrual of the cost and expenses.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and longer-term financial plan.
Decision support: Provide monthly business performance analysis and trends to support management decisions. Provide necessary business insights to the leaders to enable best decisions.
Process Enhancements: Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within team.
Qualifications
Degree holder preferably in Business/Finance/Economics/Accounting or relevant discipline
At least 8 years of working experience with CPA/ACCA qualifications or equivalent
Deep working knowledge of/experience with key financial tools such as TCO, NPV, IRR, ROCE, cash flow forecast, activity-based costing, etc.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English, with strong presentation and influencing skills applicable to all levels within the organization.
Inquisitive mind, willing to understand the commercial and operation of airline industry.
Analytical acumen, able to analyze complex data and summarize in a concise manner and provide insightful business recommendations.
Self-starter, willing to take the initiative and accept responsibility; able to work independently.

Intern, People Culture & Engagement (6-Month contract)
Role Purpose
- Intranet Revamp Project Support
Contribute to the intranet revamp project by drafting engaging and user-friendly content.
Assist in designing and reviewing page layouts to enhance usability and employee experience.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure a smooth and effective rollout of the new intranet platform.
- Engagement Survey Support
Assist in the preparation and execution of the staff engagement survey.
Build and maintain survey dashboards to track response rates and key insights.
Generate survey reports and assist in data analysis to identify engagement trends.
Prepare presentations and summaries of survey findings for leadership review.
- Event Logistics & Vendor Coordination
Support the team in coordinating internal events, such as business town halls, and engagement activities.
Assist in materials sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless event execution.
Help manage event logistics, such as venue setup, and post-event follow-ups. \
- Internal Communications Support
Assist in drafting internal communications such as intranet posts.
Support the creation of external employer branding content for platforms like LinkedIn.
- General Administrative & Ad-Hoc Support
Support the wider People team with ad-hoc research, data entry, and documentation as needed.
Assist in maintaining internal communication records and content libraries.
The Ideal Candidate
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with survey tools (e.g., Google Forms, Qualtrics) or data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills.
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with graphic design, video editing, or social media content creation is a plus.

Specialist, Revenue Management
Role Purpose
Manage a portfolio of routes, ensuring efficient utilization of available inventory;
Execute revenue management strategies to meet revenue target;
Monitor inventory levels and proactively execute actions to optimize revenue;
Employ a diverse range of statistical and modelling techniques to analyse historical and future revenue and booking data. Extract meaningful insights and formulate actionable strategies to enhance inventory management efficiency;
Leverage the automation tools for inventory optimization;
Oversee and fine-tune the configuration of revenue management system settings to achieve optimal revenue optimization;
Conduct a thorough analysis of the competitive landscape and market trends in order to formulate and implement effective inventory strategies;
Leverage complex data sets and exceptional analytical skills to identify revenue enhancement opportunities;
Anticipate market demand fluctuations and proactively adapt inventory strategies;
Minimize instances of spillage and spoilage
Take full ownership of all air ticket fares and air ancillary pricing;

The Ideal Candidate
Degree holder in Business Administration, Economic, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistic or other quantitative discipline;
2 year of analytical quantitative data analysis experience preferred;
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with strong attention to details and accuracy;
Prior experiences in airline revenue management, airline ticket pricing or ancillary pricing is an advantage;
A quick learner with the ability to work independently and as a team;
Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;

Planning Engineer (Heavy Maintenance)
Role Purpose
Manage the technical issues in relevant to the AMS requirements, work scope, standard, verification with internal/external parties, consult AIE for the long-term planning and maintenance requirements 1 month ahead to the implementation;
Review maintenance packages provided by AIE, ensure all necessary HM tasks are included in the work packages;
Liaise with MRO for heavy maintenance slots, optimize the slots based on HKE Network Planning requirement; check if TRT, master plan and production plan are reasonably arranged by the appointed MRO;
Oversee the process of heavy maintenance checks and coordinate with MRO for any ad-hoc issues, provide on-site support for HM input;
Ensure all heavy maintenance are completed on time and safe;
Ensure all the checks/task cards/technical documents are completed prior to the maintenance output in order to maintain the aircrafts’ airworthiness;
Coordinate with on-site QA/QC team, ensure the inspection/maintenance activities meet HKE requirement and maintenance standard;
Manage all maintenance check reports and data updates, ensure all the technical documents are handed over to Technical Record in a timely manner;
Carry out NRC vetting and man-hour negotiation arising from Heavy Maintenance inputs;
Ensure all HM checks are planned cost-effectively, regularly seek for cost saving opportunity;
Perform BDD control and assign BDD rectification within the time limitation;
This role follows a five-day work schedule within a seven-day operational window, with rostered days off potentially falling on weekdays or weekends based on operational needs.
The Ideal Candidate
Degree or above qualification in Engineering or Aviation discipline, or any related discipline;
Minimum 5 years of related working experience in Aircraft Engineering & Maintenance with minimum 2 years of related working experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC);
Strong knowledge in aircraft maintenance planning;
Excellent understanding of aircraft maintenance scheduling, controlling and planning;
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese;
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Planning Engineer;
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Planning Engineer;
Weekend and public holiday duties may be required based on operational needs, with compensation leave granted per company policy;
Duty travel to outstation MROs (primarily in Mainland China) is required to support check management and perform liaison work for heavy maintenance inputs, subject to the company’s BM plan.
