Sales Manager, Ethical Business
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sales Manager, Ethical Business who leads and develops a high-performing ethical sales team, maximizing the distribution of pharmaceutical and healthcare products across medical networks, community pharmacies, and general trade. This role drives sustainable commercial growth, overseas principal management, and government tender submissions while championing transparency, accountability, and sustainable sales strategies aligned with our B Corp values.
WHAT YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
Leads an ethical sales team in promoting & maximizing sales & distribution of pharmaceutical & healthcare products in clinics & hospitals, as well as community pharmacy
Manage ethical sales channel performance to meet the company KPI and the team sales target (the company & team KPIs)
Explore proactively drives sales of both existing & potential customers
Build strong relationships with professionals in clinics & hospitals & general trade partners
Play proactive role in managing various partners inclusive overseas principles
Take part in exploring new business opportunities and new distributorships
Formulate, ensure timely & effective implementation of sales & marketing tactical plans
Manage and coordinate tender submissions for government hospitals and medical networks, ensuring compliance, ethical standards, accurate documentation, and timely delivery of competitive proposals.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team by fostering ethical practices, building capabilities, and driving performance through clear goals, continuous feedback, and professional growth opportunities.
Design and deliver structured training programs for the internal sales team, enhancing product knowledge, ethical practices, and sales capabilities through practical workshops and continuous learning.
Develop and implement sales strategies that support our B Corp values, including ethical sales and community engagement.
Ensure that all sales activities adhere to the standards set by the company, including transparency, accountability, and ethical practices.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Degree or above with 8- 10 years selling experience gained from pharmaceutical industry, in which, at least 2 years in manager or team leader role.
Strong networking ability with healthcare professionals in clinics and hospitals
Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and interpersonal communication
Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
Proficient in PC applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Positive, self-motivated, and proactive approach to work and challenges
Effective leadership and teamwork capabilities, fostering collaboration and performance
Trade Marketing Executive, OTC Business
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Trade Marketing Executive, OTC Business will support in planning and running trade promotions across different product categories and channels. You will help prepare POSM and premiums, coordinate promotion activities, track budgets and repacking jobs, and analyze results to improve future promotions.
WHAT YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
Assist Trade Marketing Manager in developing and executing trade marketing strategies for multi-product categories.
Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to implement trade marketing strategies and promotional activities across different channels in order to achieve aligned sales objectives.
Initiate and execute trade promotion activities, including POSM design, production, and premium sourcing.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities.
Support merchandising tasks.
Assist in managing the marketing budget for BTL activities.
Manage monthly repacking jobs for trade marketing team.
Prepare various materials, reports, and presentations for regular meetings.
Provide support for routine trade marketing operations and handle ad hoc assignments as required.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
1-2 years relevant experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or FMCG or OTC industry preferred.
Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and sales data.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
Senior Analytical Research Scientist, Research & Development
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Analytical Research Scientist is responsible for leading pharmaceutical analytical method development and validation, ensuring GMP/data integrity and regulatory compliance (ICH/USP/NMPA CDE, CTD). The role manages lab operations and instrument readiness, prepares quality and submission technical documents, and drives analytical progress across multiple R&D projects.
WHAT YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
Lead the development and validation of analytical methods for pharmaceutical products.
Draft and finalize product specifications, validation and stability protocols/reports, technical reports, and quality-related sections of regulatory submission dossiers (e.g., CTD), in compliance with ICH, USP, and other applicable guidelines.
Prepare, review, and interpret CTD submission documents, chromatographic data, raw data records, and other supporting technical documentation to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Oversee routine calibration, qualification, and maintenance of laboratory instruments, ensuring all equipment is in a state of GMP readiness.
Manage day-to-day laboratory operations, including sample and reagent management, housekeeping, and safety practices, to maintain an organized and efficient working environment.
Effectively manage multiple R&D projects concurrently, aligning analytical activities with project milestones and business priorities; proactively communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to cross-functional teams.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Master or MPhil or PhD in Pharmaceutical Science, Analytical Chemistry or related areas.
At least 5 years’ experiences of analytical methods development and quality research of pharmaceutical products.
Proficient in analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, etc.
Possess laboratory management experience and have a strong sense of R&D quality system compliance.
Familiar with relevant pharmaceutical guidelines and regulations for NMPA CDE and ICH. Ability to develop research plans and schedules effectively, break down and arrange work according to the research plan, and implement concretely.
Have an overall experience in development of pharmaceutical product and related project management skill, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and team management skills.
Good ability in data interpretation, trouble shooting and problem solving.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Analytical Research Scientist.
