Marketing Executive, OTC Business

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant who will involves assisting in the planning and execution of marketing promotions across online and offline channels. You will collaborate with line manager to develop marketing strategies, coordinate campaigns, analyze market trends, and manage e-commerce operations. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.

WHAT YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Assist in planning, budgeting, and implementing marketing promotions at both online and offline channels.

  • Work with line manager on formulating and executing marketing strategies and promotion plan to drive leads through offline and online channels.

  • Support the preparation of marketing collateral’s content.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of marketing campaigns.

  • Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports for review and enhancement.

  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors’ situation and consumer behavior.

  • Manage the operations and sales performance of E-commerce, and work closely with related parties to ensure smooth executions.

  • Perform inventory control and order planning.

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints for the responsible brands.

  • Explore joint promotion opportunities with other companies to enhance brand performance through cross-brand synergy effect.

  • Update A&P record (PO, invoicing and report).

  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing related subjects.

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience, preferably in FMCG or OTC industry.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Independent, details-orientated, open minded.

  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
