Trade Marketing Executive, OTC Business

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Trade Marketing Executive, OTC Business will support in planning and running trade promotions across different product categories and channels. You will help prepare POSM and premiums, coordinate promotion activities, track budgets and repacking jobs, and analyze results to improve future promotions.

WHAT YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

Assist Trade Marketing Manager in developing and executing trade marketing strategies for multi-product categories.
Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to implement trade marketing strategies and promotional activities across different channels in order to achieve aligned sales objectives.
Initiate and execute trade promotion activities, including POSM design, production, and premium sourcing.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities.
Support merchandising tasks.
Assist in managing the marketing budget for BTL activities.
Manage monthly repacking jobs for trade marketing team.
Prepare various materials, reports, and presentations for regular meetings.
Provide support for routine trade marketing operations and handle ad hoc assignments as required.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
1-2 years relevant experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or FMCG or OTC industry preferred.
Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and sales data.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.

Senior Officer/ Officer, Quality Assurance

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive Senior Officer/ Officer, Quality Assurance to lead and support quality assurance initiatives, equipment validation, and process compliance within manufacturing operations. This role maintains our Quality Management System (QMS), drives PIC/S GMP standards, and collaborates with Production, Engineering, and QC teams to oversee the full validation lifecycle—from technology transfer and protocol execution to deviation management and periodic review.

WHAT YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

Maintain quality management system (QMS) including change control and quality risk management, etc.
Conduct line clearance as well as intermediate / finished product sampling during operation
Perform technology transfer assessment prior to launching new product in GMP aspect
Prepare qualification protocols and reports for production equipment, facilities and utilities
Work closely with production, engineering and QC teams to execute validation / qualification of production equipment, facilities and utilities
Perform periodic review of equipment, facilities and utilities as well as managing their decommissioning
Prepare validation protocols and reports for process and cleaning validation and work closely with production and QC for execution
Monitor qualification / validation activities according to schedule and timelines
Prepare deviation / nonconformance reports and propose solution
Participate in computerized system validation, equipment, facilities, utilities qualification and plant management such as monitoring the Environmental Monitoring System (EMS)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

At least 2 years' professional experience in a biotech / pharmaceutical sector
Bachelor’s degree in science subjects, preferably in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical or other related science disciplines
Experience developing and executing process equipment, facility, utilities validation protocols
Knowledge of GMP practices and standards
Good English writing skills. Able to communicate well in Cantonese / English
Familiar with PICs GMP and other international guidelines related to validation
Familiar with production flow and manufacturing activities on oral solid dose pharmaceutical products
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer, Quality Assurance
