Customer Service Officer II (Nursing)

Requirements:

Form 7 / HKDSE or above
Minimum 1 year solid experience in customer service (complaint handling) is preferable
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is definitely an advantage
Good telephone manner and good communication skills
Presentable, self-initiative, independent and pleasant personality
Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing
Willingness to learn and be a good team player
Required to perform shift duties

Medical Secretary (Medical Imaging Department)

Salary: HKD19,565– 45,567 (including Basic Salary + Monthly Allowance; with starting salary depending on relevant experience and skills)

Job Duties:

To help in preparation of medical imaging reports (experience in audio typing will be beneficial and suitably remunerated)
To handle telephone calls for Executive Secretary, Department Manager and Radiologists, update diary, arrange appointments, etc.
To provide secretarial support for Executive Secretary, Department Manager and Radiologists / Cardiologists
To assist the department to liaise effectively among various departments
To act as a coordinator and liaise among various department
To perform other duties assigned by the Executive Secretary / Department Manager / Radiologists or other senior staff of the department
Staggered working hours

Requirements:

HKDSE or above
Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized, dependable and reliable
Multi-tasked with good communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English
Excellent competency in MS Office applications and word processing

Senior Marketing Executive

Duties:

Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
Collaborate with clinical professionals to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Support the development, implementation, management and analysis of digital marketing channels and strategies, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, social media strategies, content strategy, display and video advertising, email campaigns, and media channels.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and digital assets.
Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new marketing opportunities.
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Assist with administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Experience in marketing to the China Market is desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
Comfort working with data and insights is crucial.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects.
Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Marketing Executive.

Technical Officer I/II/III

Job Duties:

To assist in planning of alterations, improvement and maintenance projects
To plan, implement and monitor all preventive maintenance projects and equipment
To perform continuous evaluation on building maintenance and engineering services
To implement testing and commissioning works on new installation and equipment
To perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in all field of Engineering (Special in Building Service/Electrical/Mechanical/Biomedical/IT)
At least 1 year’s relevant working experience
Proficient in MS Office applications & AutoCAD
Fluent in spoken English & Cantonese and Good English writing skill
Shift duties when required
Holding valid certificate of Registration of Electrical Grade A or B, and/or certificate of Competency (Boilers and Pressure Vessels) is preferred
Immediately available is preferred
Fresh Graduate will be considered

Lecturer

Holder of Hong Kong Registered Nurse license and valid practicing certificate
Master’s degree in Nursing or related discipline
At least 7 years' post-registration and nursing experience and preferably with 1 to 2 years of experience in nursing education or clinical teaching
Good presentation skill in clinical supervision & in classroom teaching
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in both spoken and written in English and in Chinese

Executive Officer II/Executive Officer (Human Resources Department)

Duties:

To provide secretarial and administrative support to Head of Human Resources
To liaise with internal departments and external parties, and assist in project management
To prepare reports, proposals, presentation materials and meeting minutes, etc.

Requirements:

Degree holder or above
At least 5 years’ relevant work experience
Proficient in English & Chinese
Result of English: IELTS 7.0 or above
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work under pressure, stay organized and prioritize works
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Executive Assistant
