Reservations Agent

Requirement :

  • Certificate or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines

  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in Hotel Reservations Industry

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

  • Good communication skills and customer service

  • Familiar with Opera system and MS Office applications

  • Handling all reservation inquires, bookings and answer customer inquires via online platform and incoming call

  • 5-day work week

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

  • Fresh graduate will also be considered

Assistant Chief Engineer

  • At least 8 years relevant working experience

  • Overlook the installation, repair and maintenance of operation

  • Supervise and direct all staff in the department to carry out their tasks

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • 5 day work
