The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic, high-caliber and experienced professional to join our Human Resources Development.
Senior Customer Service Executive (Maternity cover)
Responsibilities:
To assist SME Support Manager to implement the HKTDC’s SME support programme “T-box” to help SMEs upgrade and transform businesses
To find out T-box members’ business needs and recommend suitable services from HKTDC and our partners to help them with their business transformation
To follow up T-box members’ business progress and generate success stories to showcase HKTDC’s commitment in supporting SMEs
To assist in ad-hoc logistic support in T-box related initiatives, networking events and webinars
To support SME Centre’s customer services and perform other duties assigned by SME Support Manager
Requirements:
University graduate with a minimum of 3-5 years' solid experience in customer relations or project management
Proactive, self-initiated and attentive to details
Knowledge in relation to Hong Kong SMEs will be a plus
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word-Processing
Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with people from all levels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Tentative employment period: October 2025 – February 2026
Remuneration and Benefits:
The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
