Team Lead, Account Operations, Consumer Banking Operations, T&O - (2300004W)
Responsibilities:
Lead a team in Account Servicing (10-15 staff) to provide quality and efficient operation support to Consumer Banking, Institutional Banking and Private Banking on account opening, customer information and account record maintenance
Supervise daily transactions and monitor staff and Service provider performance to ensure adherence to SLA agreed with business in terms of standard service turnaround time, accuracy and correctness and comply to bank policies and regulatory requirements especially for customer acceptance requirements
Handle internal/ external customer compliant tactfully and timely and ensure responsive problem solving for enquiries from branches and other units/ parties within benchmark
Provide periodic operational reports and management reports as required
Provide support in ad-hoc project and assist to conduct testing on various systems enhancements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations
Escalate to management for material issue or incident
Requirements:
Degree holder in related disciplines
Minimum 8 years of experience in consumer banking operations and 3 years experience in supervisor role with people management experience
Knowledge of consumer banking practices & procedures is highly preferred
Specialized academic qualifications or experience in general banking operations is an advantage
Possess results-driven capability to work with business units and various departments within the bank
Display a high degree of team spirit and professionalism, and able to co-operate in a harmonious and productive manner with superiors, peers, subordinates, internal customers and external service providers.
Strong data analytical skill with knowledge to conduct big data analysis

Responsibilities:
To follow the bank strategy and the business plans to solicit a substantial deposit portfolio
To identify our customer needs with sound product / industry knowledge, high quality service and full range of corporate banking services & products to increase our product penetration and wallet share
To tailor make a one-stop corporate banking services & solutions for our target companies to meet their various banking needs
To collaborate with business partners, particularly GTS (Cash & Trade Services), T&M (including FX and CWM), Insurance Teams, on idea generation, campaign execution and end-to-end performance management

Responsibility:
Lead, coach and develop the members to achieve the section’s goals and to complete their responsibilities.
Promote and encourage open and good communication amongst all levels of members.

Act as checker on supporting daily processing including account opening and static data maintenance

Requirements:
