Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Handle customers' transaction instructions, enquiries and requests related to banking products and services from different channels, including telephone, email, video-call, online text and fax

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Degree or above in business or related disciplines
5 years of trade financing, commercial lending or corporate lending experience
Strong credit analysis and report writing skills

Credit Risk Manager
Responsibilities:
Formulate, review and update the bank-wide credit policies, procedure and guidelines in line with statutory and regulatory requirements as well as the Group’s standard
Monitor the implementation of rectifications and enhancement measures related to credit risk management
Review gap analysis in relation to the latest regulatory requirements
Provide review and assessment in new product / product change
Perform periodic/ ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Degree holder, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting or other relevant disciplines
3-5 years’ relevant banking experience
Good knowledge in credit risk management and Supervisory Policy Manual
Good writing skills and people management skills
Strong self-motivation with good business sense, risk management and interpersonal skills
Proficient in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage

Senior/Associate, Credit Risk
Responsibilities:
Support the team in performing credit assessment in accordance with laid down credit policies and regulatory requirements
Assist to identify credit risk inherent in credit proposals and assess the extent of acceptance with respect to Bank’s risk appetite
Perform on-going monitoring, control and review on clients portfolio
Keep abreast of the prevailing market conditions, bank policies / guidelines and regulatory requirements of credit risk management
Requirements:
University graduate in Statistics, Risk Management, Quantitative Analysis, Finance or related discipline
1-2 years’ experience in credit risk management, exposures to lending business and prevailing rules
Good Chinese report writing and data analytical skills
Good command of both Chinese and Chinese with proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
IT Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
Process mapping, analysis of as-is and to-be processes, and gap assessments
Understand and explain complex business processes, systems and tools with a specific focus on upstream/downstream impact; understands the relationship between multiple functions and/or tools
Liaise among users and the technical developers to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented
Assist project implementation with proactively manage all the potential risk on projects and recommend mitigating measures if required
Formulate test plan, conduct UAT and regression test
Requirements:
Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in development of IT systems with at least 2 years in business analysis or system analysis role with proven track record in business requirement discussion and documentation
Familiar with system development cycle, data flow and UAT process
Strong analytical and report-writing skills; proven analytical skills in writing the business requirement document and functional specification document
Proactive, able to work independently and under pressure
