Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage full spectrum of administration services under Corporate Affairs Department, including office supplies and procurement, facilities management, vendor management, occupational health & safety measures, office insurance, renovation, travel arrangement and etc.

  • Organize and coordinate company events and various meetings

  • Manage Office workflow system (administration related module)

  • Review and update the office manuals, approval guidelines and work safety regulations

  • Manage the administration related budget, cost allocation and reporting

  • Assist in managing fixed asset count for the head office

  • Supervision of the frontline supporting staff

  • Provide support on ad hoc duties & projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduate

  • At least 8 years relevant working experience with at least 3 years in managerial experience

  • Understanding of Japanese Company’s culture is advantageous

  • Good communication skill to work with different levels of stakeholders

  • Organized, detailed mind, strong sense of responsibility and able to solve problem independently

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
