Front Desk Service Associate (前台服務員) - 全職
Responsibilities:
To support and assist all aspects of front desk operations
To provide courteous and professional service for all guests
Requirements:
DSE or equivalent
Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is preferred
1 year's relevant experience in guest services or front desk, with less experience will also be considered
Excellent interpersonal and custom-oriented
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
Concierge Service Associate - Full Time (5-days work week)
Responsibilities:
To perform customer services duties at concierge desk and provide assistance to Bell Captain in luggage and related matters
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
1 year's relevant customer services working experience
Cheerful personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
Duty Engineer 當值工程師 (5-Day Work Week)
Responsibilities 職責:
Check and monitor performance of all E&M hotel equipment 檢查及監督酒店日常機電設備的性能
Monitor operation of the chiller and boiler plants 監督中央冷氣及熱水系統之運作
Distribute job orders, delegate works to technicians, and monitor progress 分配工作給予技術人員並進行監督
Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors for all maintenance and project works 與外部和內部人員安排維修及工程項目
Requirements 要求:
Minimum of 6 years' relevant working experiences of which 3 years at supervisory level 最少六年相關工作經驗,其中三年為督導職級
Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker in Grade A 須持有電工A牌
Overnight shift is required 需通宵輪班工作
Immediate availability is highly preferred 能即時上班者優先考慮
