Guest Experience Officer/Senior Guest Services Officer

Position Summary

The Guest Experience Officer is involved in assisting the Guest Experience Manager to uplift the guest experience and build necessary guest relation to create exceptional guest experiences throughout the guest journey—from pre‑arrival to post‑departure This role serves as the central point of contact for VIP guests, guest feedback management, service recovery, and personalized hospitality delivery, ensuring brand standards and service excellence are consistently upheld.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome VIP, repeat, and high‑profile guests; ensure personalized service delivery

  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve issues to exceed expectations

  • Oversee guest satisfaction across all touchpoints of the stay experience

  • Coordinate special requests, celebrations, and personalized amenities

  • Keep track of monthly, quarterly and yearly goals

  • Support VIP and repeat guest recognition programs

  • Maintain accurate guest preferences and profiles in the PMS

  • Coordinate VIP arrivals and special requests with relevant departments

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent

  • 1 year experience in guest / customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System

  • Problem solving and organizational abilities

  • Multilingual skills are an advantage

F&B Service Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Restaurant Manager plans and actions to achieve improved operations, overcome deficiencies, and instigate necessary changes

  • Daily inspection of restaurant and readiness according to standards

  • Regular inspection of all areas in order to direct work

  • Emphasis to be on sanitation and cleanliness

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above Holder in Hotel and Catering or related disciplines

  • Out going, service-orientd with good communications skill

  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Hands-on restaurant operations or customer service experience

  • Previous experience in hotel / Michelin Star restaurant would be an advantage

Service Associate (侍應生)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate booking records in the system, pre-assign tables, and confirm reservations

  • Oversee restaurant booking capacity and manage online/offline booking platforms

  • Provide guests with essential information about restaurants, promotions and special event via phone calls and emails to enhance guest satisfaction

  • Good command of spoken English and Mandarin

Job Requirements:

  • Out going, service-oriented with good communications skill

  • Pleasant and well-groomed

  • Hands-on restaurant operations or customer service experience

  • At least one year experience in hotel / Michelin Star restaurant would be an advantage
