Assistant Store Manager

How you will contribute

  • Support the achievement of the Store/Individual Sales Target

  • Maximize the business potential of the store and sales by category in line with company strategy

  • Mentor, motivate and retain the staff in store, support in building teamwork

  • Support staff optimization vs business needs

  • The efficient monitor of the CRM tools and client book

  • Manage store image and store operations in respect with Bottega Veneta standards and procedures

  • Stock Management to ensure availability of merchandise and services

  • Support in knowing the competitors

  • Contribute to build effective relationships with new and existing customers

  • Contribute to deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with company standards

Who you are

  • 6 years solid experience in luxury retail sales, which at least 2 years at supervisory or managerial level

  • Good understanding of luxury fashion market practices

  • Presentable, energetic and with a drive to success

  • Excellent management and organizational skills, ability to adapt, strong results orientation

  • Strong analytical skills in terms of the numerical sensitivity and competence in the management of budget

  • Ability to manage team, coaching skills to train and motivate her/his daily human resources

  • Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent knowledge of local customers and the target market

  • Excellent command of Cantonese, English, Mandarin
