The Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club (RYKYC) is looking for a high calibre individual to fill the position of Marketing & Events Manager (Rowing & Paddle Sports). The Marketing & Events Manager will report to the Head of Rowing & Paddle Sports.

The RHKYC provides training programmes for practitioners of all abilities and ages – both members and non-members – to nurture their development, produce elite athletes capable of competing at the highest levels, and contribute to the growth and popularity of these great pastimes. Boatyard Office Manager

The Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club is looking for high calibre individual to fill the position of Boatyard Office Manager.

This position is responsible for the effective administration and coordination of boatyard operations. The role ensures seamless communication between boat owners, contractors, and boatyard staff, while maintaining financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, inventory control, and timely reporting. The position plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency and delivering high service standards to Club members.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Boatyard department

  • Prepare and coordinate job orders and communicate with workshop and boat owners

  • Monitor job progress and maintain accurate records within the system

  • Arrange procurement of parts, materials, and tools as requested by workshop staff

  • Arrange payments and reimbursement according to Conduct monthly stocktakes, prepare and submit detailed monthly financial and operational breakdown reports to management

  • Ensure all compliance & licensing in place

We are looking for an experienced professional with:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marine Operations, or related discipline preferred

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in office management, workshop administration, or marine operations

  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese

  • Proficiency in computer skills

  • Independent, initiative, strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail and quality

  • Knowledge of marine industry practices is advantageous
