Senior Associate, Finance & Accounting

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare HKMA reports, statistics and surveys data ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Assist in preparing statutory accounts and facilitating audit processes

  • Compile financial reports for local management and Head Office

  • Collaborate with other departments and Head Office on accounting matters

Ideal candidates are expected to possess:

Associate, IT Infrastructure (1-yr Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of the IT Infrastructure team to assist in the administration, support and monitor of the local IT infrastructure.

  • Assist in the Deployment and Maintenance of datacenter infrastructure in hosting and on-premises facilities, requires hands on efforts to work with physical servers, network devices, virtualization, VoIP, Firewall/IPS and storage arrays.

  • Maintain Systems and Network readiness with infrastructure monitoring and software/hardware upgrading.

Senior Associate, Trade & Loans Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, check and review loan documents

  • Perform second level checking of LC documents

  • Check terms and conditions of loan documents and drawdown letters, disburse loans

  • Prepare collateral report and monitor collateral

  • Identify documentation and workflow deficiencies, report and follow-up

  • Liaise with head office, Relationship Mangers and other departments

  • Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned

Team Head, Global Markets Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support, represent the team to participate and contribute in related projects and conduct UAT

  • Prepare, review and update SOPs

  • Make constructive and practical suggestion to enhance operational workflow and efficiency, reduce operational risks

  • Co-ordinate with other departments, as well as head office on various issues

  • Handling account documentations and survey/reporting (including Internal and Regulatory reports)

  • Settlement Risk Control

Ideal candidates are expected to possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years of relevant working experience in back office operations in a financial institution (preferably investment bank / securities group)

  • Knowledge of the full settlement cycle of capital markets products. Included: FX products (FXSPOT, FXSwap, FXFwd), FXOptions, derivatives products (FXNDF, IRS, CIRS, Inerest Rate Futures..etc), structured products (PPCD, DCI…), Repo, bonds, Exchange Fund Bills and Notes, issuance of Certificate of Deposits and Structured Notes

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review account opening documents, follow up pending documents and perform system input

  • Handle daily transactions including payment, deposits, cheque clearing and journal entries etc.

  • Provide high quality customer services in a professional manner, handle internal and external enquiries and service requests

  • Perform inward / outward remittance including data entry, document filing and record keeping

  • Review and maintain client information including internet banking

  • Provide administrative support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Ideal candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in account opening, AML/KYC experience

Credit Administration Manager, Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review facility and security documentation

  • Check and comment on loan documents

  • Follow up precedent/subsequent loan conditions, financial covenants, etc.

  • Identify documentation and workflow deficiencies, report and follow-up

  • Prepare, check and review loan document.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
