Senior Officer, Corporate Administration

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support full range of administrative services including but not limited to procurement management, vendors/suppliers management and chop management

  • Provide support on other administration tasks including documents/record maintenance, handle conference rooms set up for online/physical meetings, guests hospitality arrangement, equipment maintenance, office supplies inventory control, travel arrangement, internal/external events support and other special projects

  • Assist in budget planning, monitoring and controlling office expenses

  • Assist to plan, formulate, review and implement related administration policies and procedures, office manuals, safety and security rules

  • Assume ad hoc duties as assigned by the Team Head from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines

  • Minimum 2 years solid experience in corporate administration function

  • Detail-oriented, multi-tasking and good time management

  • Good team player and be able to work independently

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work under pressure

  • Good computer skills including MS Office

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

  • Work experience in Chinese firms would be an advantage

Assistant Vice President, FCC Governance & Advisory

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide advisory support to stakeholders, review and advise on CDD profiles with increased financial crime risks

  • Perform quality assurance and/or compliance testing on AML/CFT functions, and communicate the result to relevant stakeholders for improvement

  • Conduct review on watchlist screening alerts

  • Assist in the review and maintenance of AML/CFT related policies and procedures

  • Assist in the preparation of management information for senior management governance and oversight

  • Assist in the organization/delivery of AML/CFT training programs

  • Assist in the AML/CFT related projects and initiatives from time to time

  • Handle other ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Legal, Compliance or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in local AML/CFT

  • Holder of recognized AML qualifications (e.g. ACAMS, ICA, AAMLP, etc.) is preferable

  • Strong analytical skills, self-motivated and detail-oriented

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to work independently and as part of the team

  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
