Administration Officer / Associate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the executive management teams, internal and external parties to organize meetings and take meeting minutes effectively.

  • Facilitate with the preparation of board meetings, consolidate meeting materials and assist in other conference affairs.

  • Responsible for documentation processing, including documents from Head office, regulatory bodies and other relevant parties in a timely manner.

  • Responsible for the annual update, explanation and execution of office administrative policies.

  • Organize the non-IT related centralized procurement of the whole company and manage records in line with guidelines.

  • Assist in secretarial matters and the daily operation of the office.

  • Support other ad hoc tasks.

 Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree or above with major in finance, economics, accounting, business administration or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial institutions. Knowledge/qualification in banking is a plus.

  • Self-initiation, good team player and stability to work under pressure, ensuring attention to detail.

  • Familiar with working conditions in both mainland China and Hong Kong SAR.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

  • Good command of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
