An exciting opportunity to join American Express International Card Services (ICS) Hong Kong. We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to support the management and growth of a suite of card product portfolios.
Marketing Executive – Platinum & Commercial Products
Key responsibilities:
Build a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace, competitor activities and customer needs and act as the project champion and identify trends and opportunities
E2E creation and implementation of marketing campaigns which drive cardmember engagement and incremental business
Assist hiring manager on analytics, to track and evaluate campaign performance
Assist hiring manager in product management, handling daily maintenance of portfolio operations, including card & collaterals inventory, budget & payment, business process control testing
Maintain close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including Card Acquisition, Brand & Loyalty, Legal & Compliance, Servicing & various operation support teams and agency and business partners
Qualifications:
University degree in Marketing/ Business or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, product or related experience
Self-motivated, willing to learn, responsible and attention to details
Able to work independently, with excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
A collaborative team player with the ability to deal with change and ambiguity positively
Comfortable with using Excel as an analytical tool, Powerpoint for presentation
Language proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese) including Chinese character typing are a must for this role; spoken Mandarin is a plus
