NETWORK AND SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR/ ASSISTANT NETWORK AND SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
Duties:
To perform day-to-day monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of information security appliances, network infrastructure / facilities, and information systems
To identify security vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities, and take necessary mitigation, rectification or improvement actions
To prepare for and perform disaster recovery, incident response and regular drill
To assist in the day-to-day administration of the network infrastructure and facilities, disk storages and system servers
To make procurement, as well as coordinate, manage and liaise with vendors
To evaluate new technologies and IT solutions to cope with business needs
To prepare reports, procedures and manuals as required
Requirements:
University degree in Computer Science or related discipline
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in network administration and system administration. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Network and System Administrator.
Solid experience in managing infrastructure appliances including network equipment, IT security appliances, endpoint protection, etc.
Proficient in managing email servers and email security gateway
Knowledgeable about networking / Windows / Linux administration and cybersecurity
Experience in website administration
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good analytical and interpersonal skills
Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
HEAD, RISK MANAGEMENT DIVISION
(Candidates with less experience may be considered for SENIOR MANAGER position)
Duties:
Undertake the overall responsibility for executing a strategic oversight of the Corporation’s risk management, governance, legal & compliance, asset-liability management and quality management
Build and lead a proactive risk function that is able to navigate the increasingly complex business and regulatory environment
Develop, execute and articulate a robust Corporation-wide risk management framework and architecture covering individual, aggregate or emerging risks at different levels with on-going evaluation and monitoring
Lead ORSA, stress testing, and key risk indicator monitoring to align with the Corporation's risk profile and risk appetite, with reference to local insurance guidelines and regulations
Set the risk strategies and controls and partner with various business units across the Corporation to embed risk in operations and product development
Maintain and update the corporate governance system across the Corporation
Drive a positive culture of risk management and control within the Corporation through training, communication and promotion of the agreed risk framework
Compile, assess and report risk information to senior management and key stakeholders
Requirements:
University degree in risk management, actuarial, finance or related field, or equivalent qualifications
At least 10 years’ relevant work experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles (at least 8 relevant years of experience for Senior Manager)
Experience working in public organisation or insurance company or partnering with an executive team would be an advantage
Considerable knowledge and experience with enterprise risk frameworks, ORSA, stress testing, local insurance guidelines and regulations, solvency requirements, governance, compliance and control frameworks
A high level of written and oral communication skills
Strong process orientation and proven ability to oversee a number of risk types and analyse complex information strategically to identify the key issue or action and drive resolution
Proven ability to make independent decisions with sound business acumen
Significant leadership experience and dispute resolution skills with the ability to influence and motivate others
Remuneration and Benefits:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Contributory provident fund scheme, medical benefits and annual leave will be offered.
