The Hong Kong Award for Young People (AYP), formerly known as The Duke of Edinburgh's Award was established in 1961 as a local registered non-profit organization. AYP is committed to providing a non-formal education platform for young people to explore their full potential and make positive changes.
Through training camp service, we provide the youth development programmes by providing outdoor training and experiential learning for young people to challenge themselves, discover their hidden abilities and gain a special sense of satisfaction and achievement.
We are now looking for a passionate candidate to fill up the post of Assistant Manager (ARSOII) – Youth Development Program and Training, Camp Service.
OFFICER – ADMINISTRATIOIN, HR & FINANCE
Duties
Perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to compensation & benefits, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll, MPF administration, tax reporting and staff roster.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records including attendance and leave records in the HRM system.
Assist in HR & Administration policies implementation.
Handle company secretarial duties and administrative tasks for Award Council meetings.
Assist in general accounting duties related to HR and annual audit preparation.
Support overall administrative duties in office including organizing staff functions and events.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources / Accounting / Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
At least 2 years of HR and Administration, or accounting experience, NGO would be an advantage.
Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance & MPF Schemes and other employment-related legislations.
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese & English.
Positive and proactive attitude with strong sense of responsibility.
Detail-minded and good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Chinese word processing, Excel and PowerPoint (hands-on experience in using HR System would be a plus).
Independent and able to work in dynamic environment.
Officer – Communications & Fundraising: Digital Marketing & Multimedia
Duties:
Support the execution of marketing campaigns with creativity and precision to attract traffic and engagement
Plan and develop creative content (both visual & copywriting) and manage social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Threads & WhatsApp etc.)
Prepare online and offline marketing materials and assist in photo & video shooting, photo retouch, video editing and interviews
Assist in the design and production of communications collaterals, publications and newsletters etc.
Assist in planning and implementing annual ceremonies, fundraising activities and publicity events.
To perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or PR related disciplines
Minimum 1-year solid experience in marketing / digital marketing, and social media management
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, video production & Editing, or with media background is a plus
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details and to meet deadlines
Mature, well-organized, self-motivated and able to handle multi-tasks simultaneously
Fresh graduate is also welcome
Immediate availability is preferred
