Project Assistant / Project Trainee (Fitting Out) 項目助理 / 項目見習生 (裝修)
Responsibilities 職責:
Liaise with frontline staff and follow up on all aspects of fitting-out projects such as material handling, site coordination, administrative support, workforce requirements and contractor worker management, and site safety etc.
Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist the QA/QC team in implementing company policies.
Assist in creating detailed drawings for fitting-out projects.
Assist in ad hoc assignments when required.

與分包商協調及合作，確保日常運作順暢

Requirements 要求:
Diploma or above in Interior Design, Construction, or related disciplines. Candidates with F.7 or DSE qualifications will also be considered
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in fitting-out residential building projects
Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience may be considered as Project Trainees
Proficiency in MS Office, Project and AutoCAD plus a safety supervisor certificate will be advantage
Possession of a valid green card (basic safety training) and Construction Workers Registration Card
Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Willingness to work on-site
持有室內設計、建築或相關學科的文憑或以上學歷。具中七或文憑試學歷者亦可申請。
至少1年相關經驗，具住宅樓宇裝修項目經驗者優先。
應屆畢業生或經驗較淺者可考慮為項目見習生。
精通MS Office、Project及AutoCAD，並持有安全督導員證書者優先。
持有有效的綠卡（平安咭）及建築工人註冊證。
具良好中英文書寫及會話能力。
願意在工地工作。
Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager (Fitting Out) 項目經理 / 助理項目經理 (裝修)
Responsibilities 職責:
Responsible for overall coordination and management of assigned projects, including progress, quality, cost and client relation
Ensure all construction activities comply with contractual requirement
Attend regular site meeting, organize, and prioritize work
To monitor overall commercial, contractual and technical matters for all current projects
To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with client's representatives and subcontractors
負責指定項目的整體協調及管理，包括進度、質量、成本及客戶關係
確保所有施工活動符合合約要求
出席定期工地會議，組織及安排工作優次
監控所有現行項目的整體商業、合約及技術事宜
監控及監督整體工地活動，並與客戶代表及分包商聯絡
Requirements 要求:
Degree or above in Building Studies / Construction Management / Architectural or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years solid experience in the fit out of retails, residential, offices & hotels, etc.
Conversant with interior fit-out nature, A&A work and contractual documents
Able to work independently and under pressure
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Project
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
持有建築學 / 建築管理 / 建築學或相關學科學位或以上學歷
至少8年實際經驗，從事零售、住宅、辦公室及酒店等裝修項目
熟悉室內裝修性質、改動及加建工程及合約文件
能獨立工作及在壓力下工作
精通AutoCAD、Microsoft Office及Project
經驗較淺者將考慮為助理項目經理
