Centre Supervisor (CS) (Contract)(Ref : CS-CPRO)

The first NGO specializing in marital services urgently looks for high caliber talents to render Child Protection Support Service (CPRO) in Kwun Tong, Tseung Kwan O & Sai Kung.

Responsibilities :

To provide overall management and quality assurance of the service unit;
To lead the planning, implementation, evaluation and development of the professional practices of the ChildPro service;
To provide supervision and support to the multi-disciplinary professionals in the team;
To maintain effective partnership with community stakeholders in service delivery and promotion of child protection.

Requirement :

RSW of Social Work Degree holder;
At least 8 years' experience of working with family and children, child protection or supporting services for children with SEN; and preferably with at least 2 years' experiences of taking a managerial role in supervision, service development and finance management;
Familiar with crisis intervention and risk assessment of child maltreatment;
Passionate and with clinical experiences to serve children and parents;
Strong people management, team building and coaching abilities;
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in Putonghua is an asset.

Working Hours :

Average 44 hours per week, evening and Saturday shift are required.
