The Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) is a non-profit-making organization which aims to be the leading professional organization advancing management excellence in Hong Kong and the region. Established in 1960, the HKMA has effectively served the management education and training needs of the whole community for six decades. With a total of around 13,000 members including individuals and corporates, the HKMA organizes over 2,000 training and education programmes as well as management activities for more than 50,000 executives and professionals annually.
Senior Executive Officer / Assistant Manager (Marketing Department)
We are seeking a Senior Executive Officer / Assistant Manager to enhance our Marketing Department. If you are passionate about education and training and possess strong marketing skills, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Development: Formulate comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for our education and training programs.
Campaign Management: Develop, monitor, and evaluate impactful marketing campaigns that drive engagement and enhance branding.
Content Creation: Prepare professional marketing materials across various platforms, with a focus on digital media.
Social Media Engagement: Create and maintain engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, and Xiaohongshu.
Event Leadership: Oversee project management for one of HKMA's flagship events, the Annual Conference, which attracts over 2,000 business executives annually.
Media Relations: Draft press releases and cultivate strong relationships with media representatives to enhance brand visibility.
Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and new social media features to improve community engagement.
Qualifications:
University graduate with 2+ years of experience in marketing.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing practices.
Solid understanding of social media best practices, with a passion for community building.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (IELTS score of 7.0 or above preferred).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly motivated and detail-oriented.
Strong team player with a sense of responsibility.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Immediate availability is preferred.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for positions such as Administrative Officer or Assistant Manager.
