Assistant Human Resources and Administration Officer
Responsibilities:
Provide departmental support for HR and Office Administration.
Perform HR functions including but not limit to payroll, MPF, compensation & benefits, record & recruitment, staff leave & attendance, staff training etc.
Assist to formulate and implement HR and Administration policies, procedures and workflow
Assist in compile performance management, salary assessment and reviews, benefits renewals etc.
Maintain administration support including staff activities, office facilities and equipment maintenance, insurance and licenses renewal, appointment arrangements, draft memorandum, government related affairs
Support HR Manager to drive strategic HR initiatives or special projects, annual manpower budget
Others ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
preferably 2 years’ solid working experience in HR and Office administration, fresh graduate will also be considered, on job training will be provided
Well knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and other related legislation
Good analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, well-organized with ability to multitask and able to work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office application with excellent Excel and Powerpoint; and Chinese Word Processing
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources and Administration Coordinator
Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
