We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a wait staff/server. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Waiter / Senior Waiter/ supervisor (CENTRAL / TST)

Salary : $16K-20K

General job duties 工作職責:

  • Greet customers as they arrive and show them to their table / 歡迎到訪問顧客並引領至餐桌

  • Present menus and answer any questions about menu items / 介紹餐單以及回答顧客有關餐 單上的問題

  • Take food and beverage orders from customers / 傳餐至顧客的餐桌

  • Enter orders into the restaurant's POS system / 於餐廳POS中輸入顧客餐點

  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner / 及時與禮貌地傳餐給顧客

  • Process customer payments and make change as necessary / 需要時協助顧客結帳及找續

  • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed / 需協助開鋪及關門事宜

  • Conduct ad-hoc responsibilities and support the team as instructed by your direct supervisor / 負責直屬上司特別指派的工作及協助團隊

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Supervisor position or above / 如應徵者具更多相關經驗可考慮至主管或以上職位

Requirements 職位要求:

  • Previous experience in F&B, Customer service or related would be preferred / 過往具餐飲及客服等相關工作經驗

  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply / 歡迎畢業生申請

  • Excellent customer service skills / 良好客戶服務技巧

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude / 能於高節奏環境下工作並保持正面的態度

  • Strong communication in English and preferably Cantonese / 良好英語溝通，懂廣東話

  • Good presentation skills / 良好演說技巧

  • Immediately available would be an advantage / 能即時上班者優先
