Assistant Procurement Officer
Responsibilities:
Searches, evaluates and recommends suppliers and products.
Handles routine operations orders such as F&B market list orders and inventory replenishment.
Ensures established policies and guidelines are followed, controls are in place, and detects any deficiencies
Maintains proper price comparison and list of qualified suppliers
Requirements:
Holder of Diploma/ Certificate of Procurement Studies or related discipline
1 year or above of procurement experience, preferably in hospitality industry
Good command of spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin
Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications
Baggage & Transportation Agent

Requirements:
One to two years of background or experience related to luxury industry preferred

Responsibilities:
Repaint wall, ceiling and all furniture or equipment
Ensure all work orders are carried out promptly and correctly
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years working experience
Holder of a valid safety card
Fluent Cantonese; ability of English communication is an advantage
People and Culture Co-ordinator
Responsibilities:
Manage the administration of all People and Culture related processes and procedures
Deliver effective and efficient services in the areas of recruitment, staff movement, employee relations and the maintenance of employee record
Provides guidance and coaching to HR Trainee (if applicable)
Requirements:
Holder of University degree or above in Hotel/Human Resources Management
At least 1 year of HR experience; preferably from hotel of international chain but not a must
Team player, attention to details, well-organized and able to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
