Reservations Sales Agent 預訂銷售代理

相關職責:

• 協助預訂部門最大化收入、效率和生產力

• 通過提供優質和專業的服務處理客房預訂和預留

• 與內部部門合作，確保滿足客人的重要需求(例如處理交通預訂、餐廳和水療預訂)

• 維護準確的客戶紀錄並將紀錄應用於當前的預訂

相關經驗及資歷要求:

• 持有酒店管理或相關學科的證書/文憑

• 一年酒店業相關經驗，亦歡迎應屆畢業生申請

• 熟悉酒店預訂流程、標準和程序會有優勢

• 精通計算機操作和 MS Office

• 良好的團隊合作精神，具備良好的溝通和人際交往能力

• 出色的英語、中文和普通話口語和書面表達能力

Assistant Manager

相關職責:

• 處理客人的查詢和緊急情況

• 以對決策方式深入理解的基礎上，有權為酒店做出符合最佳利益的決策，確保一致性

• 實現最大的客人滿意度並遵守酒店所要求的品質標準

相關經驗及資歷要求:

• 至少擁有5年酒店前台工作經驗，其中3年或以上為主管經驗

• 熟悉前台程序和相關軟件

• 具備卓越的收益管理技巧，並能夠將這些技巧灌輸給他人

• 迅速且有系統地做出決策和解決問題的能力，具有分析能力

• 具備強大的領導能力，能夠在壓力下獨立自信地工作

• 對處理客人查詢和投訴的禮貌方式具有扎實的知識

• 積極向內部和外部客戶展示“可以做到"的態度

Senior / Guest Service Agent

相關職責:

• 為客人提供登記服務

• 為客人提供優質服務及禮貌地回應客人的要求

• 協助日常工作，例如銷售，數據收集，客戶偏好及報告的跟進

相關經驗及資歷要求:

• 精通英語，中文和普通話，懂得其他外語將作優先考慮

• 具備出色的組織及溝通能力

Senior Accounts Clerk / Accounts Clerk

相關職責:

• 負責日常會計操作，包括數據輸入、記帳和存檔

• 協助每月月尾會計結算

• 準備每月銀行對帳

• 執行審計核實酒店收入

• 準備並向客戶發送發票

• 確保遵守相關的公司政策和程序

• 履行管理層指定的臨時職務

相關經驗及資歷要求:

• 具有LCCI證書及會計高級文憑或以上

• 最少一年會計或審計領域的經驗 (會考慮應屆畢業生的申請)

• 精通電腦技巧，包括Excel及Word

• 認識SunSystems是一個優勢，但不是必須

• 數字意識強，有上進心，有責任感，可靠

• 具備良好中英文讀寫能力

• 經驗較多的申請者會被考慮為高級文員 (Senior Accounts Clerk)
