Operations Executive (Food Retail) (Ref:ICY1817)
Key Responsibilities:
Source, procure and manage equipment, consumables, packaging and other necessary tools and materials for stores and wholesale clients
Perform inventory management for food and consumable stocks in warehouse and stores, and logistics management between warehouse, stores and other clients, and perform regular stock take and analysis
Handle import/ export matters for HK, Macau and Mainland China, including labeling, documentations, certifications, customs regulations, etc.
Organize food and factory documentations, including test analysis, food and health certs, factory certs, etc. for submission to authorities and clients
Manage equipment repair and maintenance for stores and wholesale clients
Assist in operations admin and documentations needs
Perform ad-hoc tasks as management request.
Requirements:
High school graduate or above;
5 years preferred experience in food retail, logistics, import/ export
Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus;
Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, POS knowledge is an advantage
