Assistant Quality Manager / Senior Quality Engineer (Based in Dongguan)
Responsibilities:
Monitor the whole process quality of new products introduction and manufacturing such as the process of metal stamping and plastic molding
Check the quality issue through the production report and non-scheduled inspection
Identity the problem during the product development and manufacturing process and take the corrective improvements
Conduct benchmarking and market reviews to drive quality standards
Communicate and collaborate with different key stakeholders (like internal department, suppliers and customers) when there is production problem happened
Handle customers' compliant in a proper way which includes establishing improve way for the internal standard and reply the customer’s compliant report appropriately
Risk management to foresee any potential quality issue in NPI nor MP stage
Handle any ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
Degree Holder or above in Science and Technology or Mechanical Engineering
5-7 years’ experience in quality control and Mechanical Engineering
Good knowledge of quality tools and ISO systems, six sigma are preferred
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Based in Dongguan factory
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Quality Manager
Travel to Thailand company occasionally
Marketing Manager (Manufacturing)
Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities with corporate partners
Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy
Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
Expand corporate partnership and explore initiatives to reach sales target
Handle business development projects
Provide full spectrum of sales support including RFQ proposal, market research and information analysis
Maintain close communications and relationship with internal & external parties and handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Occasional overseas travel may be required to join customers’ project meetings
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Manufacturing Engineering and Product Design etc.
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion skills, planning and organization skills
Excellent analytical skill and Project management skill
Comprehensive knowledge about manufacturing cost
Proficiency in using MS applications including Excel (Macro), SQL, VBA
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
May require working from Dongguan office depending on business needs
Senior Marketing Executive (Manufacturing)
Responsibilities:
To assist Marketing Manager to formulate business strategies
Sales & Accounts Management
To estimate budget proposal by referring factory record, requirements and current conditions
To consolidate market information to perform production cost variance analysis
To manage NPI projects including RFQ, project meeting, order management and payments
To work with the internal and external teams to conduct marketing research
To provide customer services for accounts maintenance and business expansion.
To manage ad-hoc assignments/projects as assigned
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Manufacturing Engineering and Product Design and etc.
Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion skills, planning and organization skills
Excellent analytical skill and Project management skill
Comprehensive knowledge about manufacturing cost
Proficiency in using MS applications including Excel (Macro), SQL, VBA

IT Support
Job Descriptions:
Handle the company’s hardware, software, and network issues and provide technical support to staff/Shop
Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting including Wi-Fi, Ethernet network, video conferencing and Software solutions
Basic knowledge in VPN, TCP/IP networking, Cabling
Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Provide administrative support including paperwork, documentation, and filing
Provide user support and On-site shop support when needed
Tracked and managed IT assets and followed hardware and software's related warranty and maintenance
Perform any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or other related disciplines
Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in IT support or coordination roles
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, hardware and web design
Familiarity with software applications and troubleshooting techniques
Good analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both oral and written)
Immediate availability is preferred
Project Engineer (Based in Dongguan)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for customer project follow up from pilot run to mass production
New project quotation preparation, production line efficiency improvement
Exchange the ideas and technical techniques of the metal moulding with clients
Production related document maintenance, drawing, EC, SOP
Requirements:
Diploma Holder or above in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
1-3 years relevant working experience in product design of plastic and sheet metal
Cero, AutoCAD is essential, UG is optional
Candidate with electronics background is preferable.
Good interpersonal skills, strong in presentation and project management
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Station in Dongguan factory is required
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Engineer
Travel to Thailand company occasionally
