Senior Marketing Partnership and Affiliate Manager, HK & TW

In this Role, you’ll get to

  • Define and execute the partnerships strategy for Trip.com, driving sustainable growth across key markets

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing partnerships team, setting clear goals and performance standards

  • Own and expand strategic partnerships with banks, airlines, affiliates, and digital platforms to drive traffic, revenue, and market share

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities, leveraging data and market insights to scale demand-driven products

  • Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships, aligning partner objectives with Trip.com’s long-term business strategy

  • Oversee the full partnership lifecycle, from pipeline development and negotiations to execution, integration, and ongoing optimization

  • Establish frameworks, processes, and KPIs to track performance, improve efficiency, and maximize ROI

  • Provide thought leadership on market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities within the travel and e-commerce landscape

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver integrated partnership solutions

What you'll Need to Succeed

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development or partnerships, preferably within the travel, OTA, or e-commerce sectors, with a strong leadership track record

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other equivalent fields. Fluency in English is required.

  • Proven ability to define strategy, lead teams, and deliver measurable business impact at scale

  • Deep understanding of the travel ecosystem, digital partnerships, and platform-based business models

  • Strong network within the Hong Kong market and broader APAC region

  • Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders and complex negotiations

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills across diverse, cross-functional teams
