Social Media Marketing Executive 新媒體行銷專員

主要職責 Responsibilities：

1. 賽事與活動推廣：

  • 制定推廣計畫，挖掘活動亮點，精准觸達大學/大專院校藝術社團及學生群體，提升活動報名人數與影響力；

  • 及時回復各平台後台留言及私信，解答關於賽事規則、投稿方式、書畫技法等問題。

1. Event & Competition Promotion

  • Develop promotion plans, identify event highlights, and precisely target university art clubs and student communities to boost participation and overall impact.

  • Promptly respond to messages and direct inquiries across various platforms, addressing questions related to competition rules, submission guidelines, and Chinese painting and calligraphy techniques.

2. 新媒體內容生產（公眾號）：

  • 獨立撰寫公司公眾號推文，包括賽事通知、獲獎公告、畫家專訪、藝術賞析等；

  • 具備優秀的文字功底，吸引年輕人的閱讀內容

2. New Media Content Creation (WeChat Official Account)

  • Independently draft and publish articles on the company’s WeChat Official Account, including competition announcements, winner announcements, artist interviews, and art appreciation features.

  • Demonstrate strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to younger audiences.

3. 視訊短片與視覺包裝：

  • 負責簽約畫家的短視頻內容製作及剪輯；制定發佈計畫，維護帳號活躍度，優化主頁展示，提升粉絲粘性

3. Video Editing & Visual Presentation

  • Produce and edit short-form videos featuring signed artists; develop posting schedules to maintain account activity and optimize profile presentation to enhance follower engagement.

任職要求 Job Requirements：

1. 學歷背景：

  • 大專或以上學歷，美術、設計、中文、新聞、傳媒等相關專業優先

1. Education:

  • College diploma or above; majors in Fine Arts, Design, Chinese Language, Journalism, Media, or related fields are preferred.

2. 專業技能：

  • 必備：熟練使用CapCut、Premiere、Photoshop等視頻及影像處理軟件；

  • 必備：具備優秀的文案撰寫能力，邏輯清晰

2. Skills

  • Proficient in video/audio and image editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere and Photoshop.

  • Excellent copywriting skills with clear logic and strong written communication abilities.

3. 經驗要求：

  • 有學校社團經歷、自媒體運營經驗或藝術品行業實習經驗者優先；

  • Prior experience in university club leadership, social media account management, or internships in the art industry is a plus.

4. 素質要求：

  • 熱愛傳統文化，性格耐心細緻；

  • 具備服務意識，能禮貌且專業地回復粉絲提問

  • Strong sense of service with the ability to respond to fan inquiries courteously and professionally.
