Assistant Merchandiser
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide day-to-day support to the current merchandising team across all categories.
Run and prepare weekly sales reports, ensuring accurate performance tracking and actionable insights.
Manage stock allocation and execute store-to-store rebalancing to optimize inventory levels and maximize sales opportunities.
Monitor product launches, sales trends, and inventory levels to support achieving sales targets and improving sell-through.
Support and work with cross-functional teams, including Planning, Marketing, and Retail Operations, to align with overall merchandising strategy.
Support preparing seasonal product training decks and materials to share store teams with product knowledge and key fashion trends.
Deliver regular and ad hoc reports to support business reviews and merchandising initiatives.
PERSONAL PROFILE:
Strong analytical mindset and good numerical sense.
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing.
Good knowledge of fashion trends and market information. Passion for merchandising.
A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills.
