Assistant Merchandiser

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the current merchandising team across all categories.

  • Run and prepare weekly sales reports, ensuring accurate performance tracking and actionable insights.

  • Manage stock allocation and execute store-to-store rebalancing to optimize inventory levels and maximize sales opportunities.

  • Monitor product launches, sales trends, and inventory levels to support achieving sales targets and improving sell-through.

  • Support and work with cross-functional teams, including Planning, Marketing, and Retail Operations, to align with overall merchandising strategy.

  • Support preparing seasonal product training decks and materials to share store teams with product knowledge and key fashion trends.

  • Deliver regular and ad hoc reports to support business reviews and merchandising initiatives.

PERSONAL PROFILE:

  • Strong analytical mindset and good numerical sense.

  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing.

  • Good knowledge of fashion trends and market information. Passion for merchandising.

  • A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills.
