Human Resources Officer

What you'll do:

Execute recruitment strategies, including job fairs, recruitment talks, and job ad management, support talent and training program applications
Assist in creating and maintaining HR documents and systems, such as handbook, policies, guidelines, and internal rules
Promote company culture through onboarding events, staff gatherings, festive celebrations to boost team spirit and engagement
Support daily HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, and leave management
Participate in HR projects such as system digitalization, data analysis, benefits enhancement, and talent development programs

What you'll need:

High Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Gerontology or related disciplines
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in computer applications with basic knowledge or experience in using AI tools
Positive, self-motivated, creative and resourceful
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Human Resources Assistant
