Partnerships & Philanthropy Manager
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
New Business Development
Develop and implement strategies to raise funds from corporations and foundations donors.
Research, map, prospect, negotiate and close new donor leads to secure grants, sponsorships, and gifts-in-kind.
Leverage the Board’s connection as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Collaboratively work with the program teams in the process of planning approaches, pitches, proposals development, contract signing and grant making.
Develop extensive knowledge and able to present Save the Children’s programs in Hong Kong, Asia and around the world.
Account Manage Partner Relationships
Manage donor relationships to the highest of standards and in line with organizational brand and positioning, whist fulfilling expectations/obligations to donors.
Stay in close contact with existing partners to explore different partnership opportunities with the aim of growing the partnership to the next level.
Manage proposals and donor reporting process including development of concept notes, proposals, periodic reports, in collaboration with programme teams.
Keep partners updated on the program progress and any anticipated challenges the local team is facing, and help come to a resolution with Save the Children HK’s partner.
Employee Engagement Activities for Corporate Donors
Assist liaison with local program team and other partners on local employee engagement activities and overseas program visits.
Provide on-site support for each activity and event.
Secure sponsors for the gala dinner or other key events.
Operation & Others
Assist the Director in budgeting and forecasting for the department.
Develop communications materials to external interested parties with a high professional standard and in alignment with Save the Children’s brand and positioning.
Ensure effective relationships and ways of working across internal stakeholder relationships within Save the Children HK and with other international offices.
Carry out the responsibilities of the role in a way which reflects Save the Children’s commitment to safeguarding children in accordance with the Child Safeguarding Policy.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
University graduate preferably major in marketing, business administration, or related disciplines.
At least 5 years’ experience in an account management and matrix reporting role within the fields of corporate relations, public relations, CSR or fundraising.
Superlative interpersonal skills. Adaptable, dynamic team player with experience working in a multinational company with diverse cultural exposure.
Detail-oriented with presentation skills suited for engaging prospective clients/donors.
Excellent numeracy and proficiency in MS Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoken.

Marketing Assistant (Temporary Part-Time)
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
Support the Marketing and Communications Team on campaign initiatives.
Support digital and social media initiatives e.g. SEO article, social media post development, website testing and video editing, etc.
Support the production of collaterals, certificates, and trophies, etc.
Support coordination of campaign supporting partners and stakeholders.
Administration work including desktop research, database building, fax, mail merge, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
University graduate preferably majoring in marketing, business administration, or related disciplines.
Preferably with 1-2 years relevant experience; fresh graduates or university students demonstrating required skills, knowledge and attitude will also be considered.

Domestic Programme Officer
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
1. Project management
Develop, plan, and conduct school-based and center-based parenting and children’s programme activities or events and dissemination works, including producing publication materials, organizing workshops, program enrollment, venue set-up and client management
Coordinate and liaise with related external parties including programme facilitators, schools, community groups, corporates and other key stakeholders
Collect activity data, monitor progress against both programmatic and budgetary targets and support conduct of evaluations to ensure programme improvement and quality
Provide input for development of domestic program strategy and project monitoring and evaluation tools and process
Support on a variety of other projects or activities as requested, including but not limited to Save the Children Hong Kong direct service programmes and new initiatives
2. Administration support
Support in coordinating procurement and maintenance of facilities and equipment;
Receive and direct visitors and clients;
Perform general clerical duties including minutes taking, photocopying, fax and mailing, managing filling system & project database
Provide operational and administrative support to related research and campaigns, including documentary and data entry;
Produce accurate and timely reports
3. Assist in other program activities or organizational projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
University graduate preferably major in Early Childhood Education, Education, Social Work, Social Science, Counselling or related disciplines
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years’ experiences in working with children
Experiences in working with parents and psychosocial support projects are preferred
Passion in child education or services; mental health and well-being related projects
Strong presentation skills and inter-personal communication skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Willing to engage with different types of individual and community groups
Computer skills and communications technologies, basic knowledge on graphic design and website operation is a plus (Microsoft Office, Zoom, Adobe, Photoshop and AI etc.)

Human Resources Officer (Part-time)

Domestic Programme Manager
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Develop and implement programmes to meet the needs of vulnerable children and families in Hong Kong
Manage and supervise the daily operations, including program planning, budgeting, and reporting
Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funders to ensure effective collaboration and resource mobilization
Work with different teams, monitor and evaluate the implementation and impact of programmes, and make recommendations for improvement and expansion
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, learning, and growth opportunities for staff and volunteers
QUALIFICATIONS
A recognized degree in child development, psychology, social work or relevant social science disciplines desirable
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience and have solid experiences about managing center of operation is a plus
Experience in program planning, budgeting, and reporting, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of building and managing effective teams

Senior International Programmes Officer/International Programmes Officer

Reporting to the Senior International Programme Manager, the Senior Programme Officer is a key team member supporting Save the Children Hong Kong’s international programme portfolio.
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
Programme management
Organize regular communication with Save the Children offices in other countries to ensure high-quality program implementation and resolving issues.
Monitor project implementation, review reports, and collaborate with other teams to prepare fundraising or marketing materials, including through international visits when necessary.
Identify and present key insights and other relevant data reports to support trends analysis and risk identification within the international programme portfolio.
Awards (Grants) management
Work with Save the Children offices in other countries to support financial planning, tracking project progress and expenditure, and ensuring compliance with donor policies.
Maintain accurate records and facilitate efficient processing of project approvals and award management.
Other International Programme team support
Develop and maintain administrative systems and project records to support programme management and team collaboration.
Support public education, fundraising, communication, and capacity building activities related to international programs in Hong Kong.
Support humanitarian projects and undertake other duties to help achieve organizational priorities.
Undertake other duties to deliver wider organisational priorities.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (social science, development, etc.)
At least 3 years’ work experience in project management, business administration or equivalent
Passion and curiosity about international development; interest in the cultural, social, and economic factors that impact children’s rights in other countries
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage complex tasks, programs, or projects with attention to detail and a big-picture perspective

This position is expected to be stationed in Hong Kong. Save the Children Hong Kong will assist in the application for a work permit for non-Hong Kong resident candidates.
