Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients and main contractors as well as internal parties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the projects.

  • Monitor work progress and site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements.

  • Assist Project Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis, price negotiation and budget control.

  • Handle project administration.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate with clients, consultants, main-contractors, and sub-contractors for project implementation

  • Handle project administration

  • Resolve ad hoc site matters and site coordination. 

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services or equivalent

  • Possess 1-4 years’ relevant working experience in participation of E&M / Environmental Projects / Building Services Contracts

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, Independent, and able to work under pressure

E&M Engineer – Data Centre (Ref: ADC/E&M)

Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor, supervise and provide technical and contractual advice to team members for the execution of projects from tendering to design work, project planning, procurement, subletting, site supervision, commissioning, and operation of Electrical & Mechanical systems for Data Centre new works installation;

  • Suggest preventive measures and corrective actions to be taken in projects;

  • Liaise with external parties, e.g. main contractors, and clients, as well as internal parties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the projects;

  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performance engineering team.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Business Services Engineering or equivalent;

  • With 3-5 years relevant working experience in managing E&M / Building Services projects;

  • Good knowledge in HVAC system / chiller optimization system / UPS system in an advance;

  • A good team player with strong analytical skill and self-initiative; 

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • More experience will be considered for the position of Senior Engineer;

  • Less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Engineer.

Service Engineer - Data Centre (Ref: ADCM/SerE)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for renewal of maintenance service contracts, monitoring and control of daily maintenance team operation and providing technical solutions to electrical/ mechanical problems;

  • Liaise with clients & subcontractors. 

  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performance maintenance team.

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering;

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in air-conditioning / chiller plant / UPS maintenance work and previous experience in Data Centre Project is an advance;

  • Holder of REW A0 is preferred;

  • A good team player with strong analytical skill and self-initiative;

  • Good communication and supervisory skills;

  • Well-versed in MS Office & AutoCAD;

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

  • More experience will be considered for the position of Senior Engineer;

Project Manager – Electrical/Mechanical (Ref: SP/IHCE/PM)

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for overall coordination and management of assigned projects, including progress, quality, cost, client relations and site operation.

  • Control of tender submission and acceptance of contracts.

  • Coordinate work and ensure the project meet deadline.

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Electrical Engineering.

  • 15 years relevant working experience with 5 years supervisory and managerial level working experience.

  • Corporate Member of HKIE (Elect discipline), or equivalent, plus at least 5 years post qualification experience

  • Sensitive in market trend and strong analytical skill.

  • Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with result-oriented approach.

Environmental, Health & Safety Officer/ Assistant Safety Officer (REF: QSE/EHSO)

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the preparation and review of Environmental, Health Safety (EHS) management system documentation including job hazard analysis and risk assessment reports, EHS management plans, EHS instructions, etc.

  • To coordinate, plan, implement and report the EHS inspections, internal and external audits of the assigned projects or operating sites on a regular basis.

  • To improve the EHS standards and recommend corrective and preventive actions for malpractices identified.

  • To carry out investigation of any incident and accident, prepare investigation reports and make recommendations on prevent any recurrence.

  • To plan, organize and perform various EHS trainings and promotions for staff and workers. The training shall include EHS induction training, tool box training and other specific trainings as required from time to time.

  • To carry out other reasonable duties as required from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder or above in Science / Engineering / Safety disciplines

  • A Registered Safety Officer of the Labour Department with practical experience in construction industry of at least 2 years.

  • Experience in public works or housing contracts is preferable

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Safety Officer

  • Immediately available is preferred

Customer Service Officer (Ref.: CCA/AFM)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company's facilities and office environment, ensuring smooth operations that meet the company's needs and standards.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries, requests, and issues.

  • Receive incoming calls, emails, or other communication channels related to facility maintenance, repairs, and general inquiries.

  • Log and prioritize all incoming facility-related requests in the helpdesk system.

  • Monitor the progress of facility-related requests, ensuring timely resolution and providing updates to the requester.

  • Maintain accurate records of all facility-related incidents, requests, and resolutions.

  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in facilities management or related fields are a plus.

Facility Officer (REF: AFM/FO)

Responsibilities:

  • Distribute tasks to site teams and monitor each task through to completion

  • Record staff and system fault requests on the helpdesk

  • Provide administration support to on-site FM team

  • Provide information and take booking from internal staff and external client for reservation of facility/service such as conference room and meeting

  • Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for staff for any queries or concerns

  • Work closely with FM team to develop and enhance the quality of service and reporting processes

  • Liaise with wider team members to ensure the vest resolution, consistent with the contract

Requirements:

  • High/advanced diploma in Business Admin/Facility/Property Management/Business Administration or equivalent

  • At least 5 years’ solid working experience in Customer Service/ Property / Facility management, preferable in sizable companies

  • Experience in customer service, proactive and friendly attitude are preferable

  • Good communications and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with people at all levels

  • Mature, proactive, self-motivated, well-organised and independent working attitude

  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
