Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of company fleet with 120 vehicles, including maintenance of company vehicles and renewal of vehicle license.
To purchase company vehicle and liaise with vendors and follow up enquires from internal customers.
Perform administrative duties, SIM cards, fixed asset, telephone system etc.
Handle direct purchasing major in edible ingredients including sourcing and delivery monitoring, etc.
Assist in planning and execution of new initiatives, such as system enhancements, process improvements etc.

Responsibilities:
Any tasks as assigned by the Facilities Manager
Assist the Facilities Manager to perform his required and assigned duties for the public sector data centre building MEP system.
Implement, coordinate and supervise all facilities operation, maintenance, incident management, problem management, 7 x 24 emergency calls management, contract compliance, cost management, subcontractor management, ad hoc repairing works with necessary client approval in place.
Response quickly to emergency situations and customer concerns.
Maintain communication with all parties and stakeholders.
Plan, implement, coordinate and supervise all facilities operation.
Ensure the services delivered according to the agreed performance level and service availability in accordance with the service contract requirements.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for renewal of maintenance service contracts, monitoring and control of daily maintenance team operation and providing technical solutions to electrical/ mechanical problems.
Liaise with clients & subcontractors.
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performance maintenance team.
Requirements:
Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in air-conditioning / chiller plant / UPS maintenance work and previous experience in Data Centre Project is an advance.
Holder of REW A0 is preferred.
A good team player with strong analytical skill and self-initiative.

Responsibilities:
To assist in the preparation and review of Environmental, Health Safety (EHS) management system documentation including job hazard analysis and risk assessment reports, EHS management plans, EHS instructions, etc.
